"Joanne was amazing; from communicating with her to arrange the initial intro meeting to her regular 'pupdates' whilst we were away, Joanne was very forthcoming. For the 10 days that Scout stayed with her, Joanne took her in as a member of her family; she took the time and patience to gently coax our slightly nervous dog until she was completely comfortable. It was like a home from home for Scout, in fact I think Scout is really missing Joanne since we got home! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanne's dog boarding service and will be definitely asking Joanne if Scout can stay with her again."

"I feel very grateful to Pedro. He has a dog of excellent, mild temper, who welcomed my intact dog into his house. Pedro then played with my dog, and cuddled him, and played ball with him. He was also wonderfully courteous, patient with my changed plans, and sent photos of a happy dog. What more could he have done?"

"From the initial introduction meeting with Adrian we felt very happy to leave our dog Sofia with him and his son at his home.
Adrian is an extremely conscientious dog sitter. He sent us daily photos and updates on how Sofia was getting on.
We really enjoyed getting the photos of her walks and what she was doing.
We highly recommend Adrian to look after anyone's dog and we will be using him again when required."

"This was Eddie's second stay with Jess & Rob. They were so very very kind & took such good care of him again. They looked after him as if he was their own giving him lots of cuddles, attention & exercise. Jess sent regular photos, videos & messages daily so I felt completely reassured that he was happy & settled. You couldn't wish for more. I would highly recommend them & would be delighted if they were happy to have Eddie again. Thank you both so very very much. "

"Leaving our little Yorkie(Leia) with Katie was a really good experience for our dog and for us! She suggested we meet before the dog boarding started and I got to meet her and her lovely little dog before hand. It gave me great confidence and I felt happy to leave Leia with her, Katie is lovely. She had Leia for almost 12 days and we had great communication from her and pictures/videos. We were nervous to leave her that long but when we picked her up she was happy. Thanks so so much Katie. 🙂"

"I was super anxious about leaving Ruby for the first time however George put my mind at ease. I had regular updates, photos and videos. "I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.
