"We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our 6-month-old puppy, Poppy. Jay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring in every little detail.
From the moment we left Poppy with her, we felt completely at ease. Jay kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax knowing Poppy was happy and in such good hands. It was clear from the updates just how much love and attention Poppy was receiving.
Jay really took the time to understand Poppy’s needs and personality, and it showed. She made sure Poppy felt comfortable, settled, and well cared for, and even helped her build confidence around other dogs. It’s obvious that Jay doesn’t just “look after” pets—she truly cares for them as if they were her own.
We’re incredibly grateful for the level of care, warmth, and reassurance Jay provided. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Poppy with her again, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate.

"Tiya, our 12 year young Spaniel, loved her week’s stay with Charley, especially her large garden - very much enjoying being able to sunbathe and come & go as she wanted via the dog flap. Wonderful doggy walks were provided to different places, and lots of doggy sniffs (very important to a Spaniel!) including water and sand .. Virginia Water, Horsell Common, Heather Farm Wetlands to name a few.
Well done Charley; hope little Albert isn’t missing his new friend… she’ll be back soon as I’m booking again for next month

"Aroshini and her daughter provide a lot of love and care to animal. Neo had plenty of exercise, country walks, playtime and lots of cuddles. Completely integrated in the household life, he was so happy that he didn't want to leave at the end! "Our dog had the most amazing boarding time!
Sophie replied patiently to all my messages, she was very helpful with the booking and kept us informed with messages and lots of photos throughout the day.
From the moment we met it was clear that they love dogs, her house is super pet friendly, with lots of dog toys and our dog was clearly delighted to be with them.

"Ashter has been the most amazing dog sitter, she took the most wonderful care of my Grandmother's dog whilst she went into a care home for respite care. The daily updates were wonderful for me to share with my family. The attention to detail and love she showed our dog was phenomenal, she went above and beyond, even taking the dog to the vet when necessary. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter she could not have done anything better! "My dog starts wagging his tail with eagerness as he approaches Becca's door. The atmosphere in the house seems affectionate and interesting - with the bustling presence of Rufus, Becca's dog, and her small child, watching with interest at doggy action and chucking the odd ball. They have been taking care of our Black Lab, Maya, for the last two years, whilst we have been abroad on our annual holiday and also for days out when we could not have a dog with us. We are really grateful for the way Maya is cared for, and how excited she is when she goes back! She loves her time with them and the company of their own dog Maxi. "I can happily recommend Samantha 100%. She is a great dog carer and has real empathy with dogs. She sent me photos daily which was very reassuring. Lucca was relaxed and happy all the time, and did not seem phased having been living in a different house for a few days. He had two good walks every day and lots of ball throwing in the large garden. I will definitely book Lucca to stay with her again."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Neil. Our two French bulldogs stayed with him for eight nights, and they genuinely didn’t want to leave when we came to pick them up. Neil is incredibly loving and caring with dogs, and it showed in every update he sent. We received plenty of photos and videos each day - from walks, playtime, and relaxing at home - which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.

"We were very anxious before leaving our 20 months old dog with a sitter as she had not stayed outside the family, but one look at Shobha and we knew she would take good care of her. We found Shobha to be very approachable and friendly. She responded to our queries very quickly and was very patient with us when we didn't understand how Pawshake works. We got frequent updates via text and photos about how our dog was doing and were reassured along the way that she was happy and settling well. When we picked up our dog this morning, she was in no hurry to leave Snobha, which says a lot! Shobha and her husband were able to fill us in on how the night had gone and we could see that they had enjoyed having our dog with them as much as she had enjoyed being with them. It has been a very positive experience and we will book Shobha again in the near future. We were very pleased with her care of our dog and highly recommend her services."
