"We planned a holiday abroad and for the first time needed to find someone to care for our 2 year old dog. I came across Pawshake. Ideally I wanted someone to care for my dog who lived locally. Zoe was in the perfect location, additionally there were local green spaces. My first meeting with Zoe was very positive she interacted well with my dog and myself. We discussed how he was as a pet/family member and anything else she needed to know. She was very flexible, which I appreciated. We did choose Zoe and my dog boarded at her home. Zoe sent us pictures whilst we were away, and gave updates of how our dog was doing. When we returned our dog was well presented. We would choose to have Zoe care for our dog again. Thank you"

"Maïté was absolutely fantastic!
We had to leave Raffey (our puppy) for the very first time, and as most pets owners know it isn’t an easy thing to do.
Finding Maïté on Pawshake was honestly the best thing that could happen to us.
We started by exchanging messages through the website before setting up a meeting. Everything went well, she was very reassuring, asked a lot of questions about the dog’s personality and habits.
You can definitely tell that she has a lot of experience.
After seeing Maïté, her house and family, it was a no brainier for me, Raffey needed to stay with her.
I booked the stay right after the first meeting.
And what a great stay Raffey had! She is a 8months old Border Collie, so basically a ball of love and energy. She needs, a lot of attention and play times, and she had all that!
We were so pleased with all the pictures, and texts we received every day from Maïté, she made sure to share with us everything Raffey was doing, it felt like we left the dog with a family member. Raffey seemed so happy, so happy in fact that I don’t think she was thrilled to leave... it was difficult for her to say goodbye to Maïté, Aslan, and the kids, she even cried on the way back home. Heartbreaking, but no better way to know she had an amazing time there!
I cannot recommend Maïté highly enough.

"Another fabulous doggy holiday for Dolores with Mitzi and Nuno, you can tell from the photo's that she really enjoys herself when staying with them. Dolores is now almost 10 months old and she needs a lot of care, due to her being such an energetic puppy. She loves socialising with other dogs and there is a park close by that she enjoys going on walks to whilst on her doggy holiday. As Dolores has been to stay with Mitzi and Nuno a few times now, she feels very settled there which is great news for me, as I don't have to worry about her when I'm away. I would highly recommend sending your dog to Mitzi and Nuno, should you have a need for a dog sitter..........Dolores will be coming to stay again soon I'm sure!"

"I couldnt have entrusted Bobby to a better person. Divinia was fantastic. She really looked after Bobby so well. I had total piece of mind whilst I was away. Divinia sent me updates and photos everyday. When I picked him up he was so happy, if ever I go away again Divinia would certainy be my dog sitter again. "Our French bulldog had a great experience! He came back happy , looking good ! We received daily updates, photos and a few details about his day ! Even from the photos we could tell he was happy . Natalia’s family kindly allowed our dog on the sofa , so he felt really at home. There were two other dogs there which Natalia was really transparent about right away, and offered to meet before dog boarding started to see if it works for us ! I felt at ease , seeing that my dog is in good hands . Will most certainly be using Natalia’s help in future.

"Barbara and her husband a real dog lovers, kind and considerate and understanding of their own and ours. Barbara was helpful and honest about how the dogs got along together on Barneys first stay - they are competing a bit - but they also played and Barbara managed it well. Barney had a good run around and lots of cuddles and I hope we will be able to book again soon."

"Luka and his family are very pleasant and so easy to communicate with. He sent some lovely pictures of my dog during her stay, and she was very bubbly and happy. They were really careful about noting her food and medication needs and took really good care of her. I will definitely go to Luka again next time I’m away and would definitely recommend."

"Abhi was fantastic looking after my Papillon, who is very sensitive and needs special care as he is nervous with other dogs. She took him to the park everyday and was very vigilant around other dogs. Abhi has a way to put others at ease, very confident handling and great communicator towards people and other animals. It is easy to see that Abhi really cares and I could see from all the videos she sent us that she provided my dog with heaps of affection and playtimes! Highly recommended. "

"We left our pup with Charita for a week and she was absolutely amazing! She looked after our dog so well and sent us updates, pictures and videos everyday! Her apartment complex is very dog friendly and has a lovely big green area in the middle with lots of space. It also has a lovely enclosed dog playground on the grounds which will soon be opening! We will definitely be asking Charita to mind our pup when we are away again! "
