"It was Susan’s first time looking after a dog as strong and powerful as my Snow and she did incredibly !! She was really attentive to Snow’s needs and I knew she would fall in love Snow instantly. I received a good amount of updates throughout Snow’s stays which gave me peace of mind so I wasn’t spending time worrying at all. "We left our dog with Ana and Alberto for a week and couldn’t have been happier with the care they provided. Despite our short notice, they were incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged a meet-and-greet and viewing beforehand, which immediately put us at ease.
Throughout our trip, they kept us updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving us complete peace of mind. It was clear that our dog was receiving plenty of love, attention, and excellent care. When we returned, our dog was happy, relaxed and content.

"Cleo recently had a trial overnight stay with Kate ahead of a longer stay we’ve booked for later this summer and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Kate is absolutely lovely, kind, calm and a fantastic communicator. I was quite nervous about leaving Cleo for the first time, but Kate kept me updated with regular messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease. Her gentle, reassuring nature gave me every confidence that Cleo was in the best hands.
Cleo had a wonderful sleepover and was happy, relaxed and content when we picked her up the following day. It’s clear she was well cared for and made to feel at home.

"Hima is an absolutely amazing dog sitter, and I feel so lucky to have found her to take care of Milo. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease with her calm, friendly demeanor and obvious love for animals. Milo can be a bit particular, but he warmed up to her right away, which instantly told me he was in good hands.
One of the things I appreciate most about Hima is how communicative she is. She sends loads of pictures throughout the day, which I absolutely love—it’s such a nice way to stay connected to Milo while I’m away. Whether he’s out on a walk, relaxing at home, or playing with toys, Hima always captures the moment and keeps me in the loop. It’s clear that she really gets how much pet parents value that kind of care and attention.
Beyond the updates, I’ve come to really trust Hima. She’s incredibly dependable, responsible, and always makes sure Milo’s routine is followed closely. I can tell she genuinely enjoys spending time with him, and that means the world to me. Every time Milo stays with her, he comes back happy, well-exercised, and calm—which is exactly what I hope for.
