"Tricia took great care of our dog, Slash. For over a week while we were away. Heâs a 37kg mixed breed who needs daily medication for his allergies, and she handled that with no issues. I could tell she really adored him and has a big heart for dogs.
She kept us at ease while we were away by sending regular updates and photos throughout the day, which we really appreciated!
Slash came home happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after - it seemed like he had a lovely time with her."

"Karen took absolutely amazing care of our 13 week Cavapoo! Before leaving our puppy with her, Karen met with us beforehand and showed us where he would be looked after and bonded with our puppy, which instantly put us at ease. She is such a professional and from the moment we met her, we knew our puppy was in the best hands possible.
She sent lots of updates throughout the day which really helped put our minds at ease, especially because it was our first time leaving our puppy. It was so reassuring seeing how happy, comfortable, and cared for he was with her.

"One of the BEST PET SITTER I have ever met! I can't recommend her enough.
When the other sitter cancelled on me last minute, I was desperate to find someone to look after our loved dog.
I saw Ana's profile and even though she was a new sitter, I decided to take my chances. This was the BEST DECISION ever.
When I met her, I saw how well her dog was looked after and knew that Luna was in good hands.
She took so good care of Luna that both me and my husband were so grateful and happy and we were able to enjoy our holiday in peace, knowing that our Luna was well taken care of.
Ana kept us updated with photos and videos. She took Luna for walks twice a day. On top of everything, she is kind and polite.
A bonus was to find out that she speaks my native language, Portuguese.
Ana, I can't thank you enough for the amazing care you provided for Luna and for taking her in as if she was part of your family.
Just to let you know, we have decided that you will be our official Pet Sitter from now onwards.

"Graciela and Caua looked after Rocky for 13 days when we were on holiday .
They sent me photos and updates about Rocky everyday.
When Rocky was anxious about us leaving him away from his own home, Graciela and family gave him lot of love and care, which makes him to settle very quickly .Specially their son became a very good friend to Rocky.

"We booked Janineâa dog boarding service for 3 days. She took care of our Wilbur with utmost care . She has a little cute dog, Tinker Bell. Wilbur got along with her and enjoyed the stay a lot. "Words cannot describe highly enough of the service I received from Amber and Adam, a lovely young couple. Having booked with my usual dog carer well in advance for my trip in July, the dog carer informed few weeks before my departure that she is not able to look after my furries without any reasonable explanation. I was devastated!! Amber and Adam were my life savers who had the availability and they gladly accepted my request to look after my two furries. Though I live quite far away from this couple, they arranged a meet and greet and my first acquaintance with this couple was awesome!! No doubt the couple have the natural flair for looking after dogs. It was God's grace that I found the awesome couple at last for dog care. They updated me to confirm that the furries have settled down nicely. I found the couple very loving, understanding, flexible sweet tempered with lots of patience. Further during the process, they responded well to all my messages sent on Pawshake. They both are very dedicated to their job as dog carers which I strongly feel is very rare thing amongst dog carers. (Absolutely brilliant) The couple are a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! On my return when I went pick my furries it was a surprise to see both furries had settled down so well in their house.
I would always consider Amber and Adam for dog care unless they are not available. With no hesitation I can recommend this couple to anyone.

"Lisa is a gem! I'm glad I found Lisa's profile after struggling for so long to find a reliable pet sitter. My dog is a senior rescue who can be reactive and needs a little extra help when going out for walks. Lisa asked all the right questions, and I could tell she had experience with reactive dogs. Bruno stayed with Lisa a couple of times and I could tell by his behavior that he enjoyed his stay with her. Definitely recommend Lisa to anyone who wants a sitter who's communicative, attentive and reliable."

"We couldnât have asked for a better dog sitter than Zoranye! From start to finish, she was amazing â sending us daily pictures and videos, and keeping us updated on our dog all the time. "Thank you so much Mia, you have been amazing from start to finish! My doggy Rox absolutely loves you! You provided us with clear communication throughout, Mia watched our frenchie for 10 days and provided us with daily updates , booking was really easy and Mia was really easy to approach and she was helpful throughout. She is really knowledgeable regarding dogs and all their needs, she even wormed and gave our dog his flea prevention treatment as he was due it and I was going on holiday and had no time. We know our dog was loved throughout and she provided a home from home experience. Miaâs house is very clean and homely and she has a great garden for our fur baby to run around in aswell as taking him on daily walks, she was really affectionate towards him and even let him sleep in her bed as this is where he sleeps at home. I was really hesitant to reach out to a dog sitter and have never used this service before however I have left feeling happy and confident. I will be using Miaâs services in the future. She is very trustworthy, friendly, polite, well presented and NORMAL, thankyou Mia, from me and Rox <3 ***** 5 star service! "

"Roja was a fantastic sitter when she looked after our dog for over a week. Throughout the time Roja was committed to our dog's happiness and well-being and went above and beyond to making her feel right at home. Our dog can be a bit unsettled in new environments but Roja made her feel safe and welcome. Roja clearly has lots of experience dealing with dogs and knew exactly what to do in this situation.
Regarding communication we wanted regular updates and pictures and Roja gave us lots of information and pictures during the week and was always available to answer any questions we had.
