"We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter. She looked after Sunny, our senior dog for two weeks and took such wonderful care of him throughout his stay. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent—she kept us updated regularly with messages, photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
What stood out most was how gentle, patient, and attentive she was with our dog, taking into account his age and individual needs. It was clear that she genuinely cared about his comfort and wellbeing, and Sunny was relaxed and happy in her care.
We are incredibly grateful for the love and attention she gave him and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our 6-month-old puppy, Poppy. Jay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring in every little detail.
From the moment we left Poppy with her, we felt completely at ease. Jay kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax knowing Poppy was happy and in such good hands. It was clear from the updates just how much love and attention Poppy was receiving.
Jay really took the time to understand Poppy’s needs and personality, and it showed. She made sure Poppy felt comfortable, settled, and well cared for, and even helped her build confidence around other dogs. It’s obvious that Jay doesn’t just “look after” pets—she truly cares for them as if they were her own.
We’re incredibly grateful for the level of care, warmth, and reassurance Jay provided. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Poppy with her again, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate.

"Tiya, our 12 year young Spaniel, loved her week’s stay with Charley, especially her large garden - very much enjoying being able to sunbathe and come & go as she wanted via the dog flap. Wonderful doggy walks were provided to different places, and lots of doggy sniffs (very important to a Spaniel!) including water and sand .. Virginia Water, Horsell Common, Heather Farm Wetlands to name a few.
Well done Charley; hope little Albert isn’t missing his new friend… she’ll be back soon as I’m booking again for next month

"Our 5 year old black Labrador, Maya, spent a week with Sophie and her family in early June. Prior to this Sophie had suggested a first meet and also a one night trial stay in May to see how Maya felt about boarding with her family. Following the successful overnighter, we were all confident that Maya would be a very comfortable house guest for a longer stay.
Maya clearly loved her stays! So much so that she bounded into Sophie’s house on each arrival and didn’t want to come home when collected. She pined for around 24 hrs when back with us on both occasions. We were very pleased she had so much company and family attention whilst we were away.
Sophie communicated with us regularly, sending us pictures of Maya out walking and at home at play and relaxing. Sophie texted when she had a concern on how best to care for Maya and promptly reported back that our suggestion had worked and all was well.
I recommend Sophie and her family for the home boarding of dogs – they will love the homely atmosphere (and dog toys!) and not miss you one bit.

"I can happily recommend Samantha 100%. She is a great dog carer and has real empathy with dogs. She sent me photos daily which was very reassuring. Lucca was relaxed and happy all the time, and did not seem phased having been living in a different house for a few days. He had two good walks every day and lots of ball throwing in the large garden. I will definitely book Lucca to stay with her again."

"My dog starts wagging his tail with eagerness as he approaches Becca's door. The atmosphere in the house seems affectionate and interesting - with the bustling presence of Rufus, Becca's dog, and her small child, watching with interest at doggy action and chucking the odd ball. For a good-natured sheepdog, with a love of socalising and stimulation, this is heaven. And I love how Becca and her partner are very easy and good-natured and prompt with all communications. "

"Amy is a wonderful dog sitter! Our Irish Terrier Molly always has the best time at her house and loves all the play and cuddles she gets! "We don't hesitate in giving Pri & Viggy a 5 star review every time. They have been taking care of our Black Lab, Maya, for the last two years, whilst we have been abroad on our annual holiday and also for days out when we could not have a dog with us. We are really grateful for the way Maya is cared for, and how excited she is when she goes back! She loves her time with them and the company of their own dog Maxi. They take the dogs on long rural walks where they can run around and enjoy the surroundings. We get regular updates and photos, which is very reassuring and gives us complete peace of mind. "Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"I hadn't used Pawshake before but I couldn't be more impressed with the pet sitter I chose! Barbara was lovely from start to finish, she welcomed my rescue puppy into her home and made a genuine effort to get to know her and her needs. I was kept up to date with regular photos & messages during Freya's stay and was in no doubt that my puppy was safe and happy. "Luka and his family are very pleasant and so easy to communicate with. He sent some lovely pictures of my dog during her stay, and she was very bubbly and happy. They were really careful about noting her food and medication needs and took really good care of her. I will definitely go to Luka again next time I’m away and would definitely recommend."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Neil. Our two French bulldogs stayed with him for eight nights, and they genuinely didn’t want to leave when we came to pick them up. Neil is incredibly loving and caring with dogs, and it showed in every update he sent. We received plenty of photos and videos each day - from walks, playtime, and relaxing at home - which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
