"We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter. She looked after Sunny, our senior dog for two weeks and took such wonderful care of him throughout his stay. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent—she kept us updated regularly with messages, photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
What stood out most was how gentle, patient, and attentive she was with our dog, taking into account his age and individual needs. It was clear that she genuinely cared about his comfort and wellbeing, and Sunny was relaxed and happy in her care.
We are incredibly grateful for the love and attention she gave him and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our 6-month-old puppy, Poppy. Jay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring in every little detail.
From the moment we left Poppy with her, we felt completely at ease. Jay kept us updated every single day with photos and videos, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax knowing Poppy was happy and in such good hands. It was clear from the updates just how much love and attention Poppy was receiving.
Jay really took the time to understand Poppy’s needs and personality, and it showed. She made sure Poppy felt comfortable, settled, and well cared for, and even helped her build confidence around other dogs. It’s obvious that Jay doesn’t just “look after” pets—she truly cares for them as if they were her own.
We’re incredibly grateful for the level of care, warmth, and reassurance Jay provided. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Poppy with her again, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate.

"Ashter has been the most amazing dog sitter, she took the most wonderful care of my Grandmother's dog whilst she went into a care home for respite care. The daily updates were wonderful for me to share with my family. The attention to detail and love she showed our dog was phenomenal, she went above and beyond, even taking the dog to the vet when necessary. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter she could not have done anything better! Her love of animals is so clear, our dog, who is very wary of people usually for a long time fell instantly in love with her and had the most amazing time!"

"Tiya, our 12 year young Spaniel, loved her week’s stay with Charley, especially her large garden - very much enjoying being able to sunbathe and come & go as she wanted via the dog flap. Wonderful doggy walks were provided to different places, and lots of doggy sniffs (very important to a Spaniel!) including water and sand .. Virginia Water, Horsell Common, Heather Farm Wetlands to name a few.
Well done Charley; hope little Albert isn’t missing his new friend… she’ll be back soon as I’m booking again for next month

"Our 5 year old black Labrador, Maya, spent a week with Sophie and her family in early June. Prior to this Sophie had suggested a first meet and also a one night trial stay in May to see how Maya felt about boarding with her family. Following the successful overnighter, we were all confident that Maya would be a very comfortable house guest for a longer stay.
Maya clearly loved her stays! So much so that she bounded into Sophie’s house on each arrival and didn’t want to come home when collected. She pined for around 24 hrs when back with us on both occasions. We were very pleased she had so much company and family attention whilst we were away.
Sophie communicated with us regularly, sending us pictures of Maya out walking and at home at play and relaxing. Sophie texted when she had a concern on how best to care for Maya and promptly reported back that our suggestion had worked and all was well.
I recommend Sophie and her family for the home boarding of dogs – they will love the homely atmosphere (and dog toys!) and not miss you one bit.

"My dog starts wagging his tail with eagerness as he approaches Becca's door. The atmosphere in the house seems affectionate and interesting - with the bustling presence of Rufus, Becca's dog, and her small child, watching with interest at doggy action and chucking the odd ball. "Elena was absolutely amazing with Luna, our cockapoo! The whole experience was excellent. From the very first messages exchanged, Elena was very understanding and flexible in giving me options for dates she could have our dog. This is despite the fact I had to arrange a dog sitter at very short notice!
We met with our dogs at a park before the booking dates and Elena asked pertinent questions, so she could get to know Luna and make sure it was the right fit for everyone.
During Luna's stay, Elena kept me up-to-date, sending lovely pictures of their walks. It is very obvious to me that Luna had a great time... and so did Elena and her family, taking care of a dog that gets excited being around lovely people. :-)
I have no doubt that I'll reach out to Elena again if I need a dog sitter and will recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Elena!
PS: I even had a last minute need to extend Luna's stay for a day and once again, Elena was a star, responding quickly and accommodating the request."

"We don't hesitate in giving Pri & Viggy a 5 star review every time. They have been taking care of our Black Lab, Maya, for the last two years, whilst we have been abroad on our annual holiday and also for days out when we could not have a dog with us. We are really grateful for the way Maya is cared for, and how excited she is when she goes back! She loves her time with them and the company of their own dog Maxi. They take the dogs on long rural walks where they can run around and enjoy the surroundings. We get regular updates and photos, which is very reassuring and gives us complete peace of mind. "I can happily recommend Samantha 100%. She is a great dog carer and has real empathy with dogs. She sent me photos daily which was very reassuring. Lucca was relaxed and happy all the time, and did not seem phased having been living in a different house for a few days. He had two good walks every day and lots of ball throwing in the large garden. I will definitely book Lucca to stay with her again."

"I hadn't used Pawshake before but I couldn't be more impressed with the pet sitter I chose! "We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Neil. Our two French bulldogs stayed with him for eight nights, and they genuinely didn’t want to leave when we came to pick them up. Neil is incredibly loving and caring with dogs, and it showed in every update he sent.
