"We had a fantastic experience with Annie and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
She stayed at our home for 4 days looking after Harry our cat and Toffee our dog, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. Annie was great at making sure Toffee got plenty of walks and exercise, and she regularly sent us lovely updates and photos of both Harry and Toffee, which we really appreciated.
When we returned home, everything was exactly as we left it—if not better! Annie clearly went the extra mile to keep everything clean and tidy. She even surprised us with a beautiful drawing of Toffee, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.
Thank you, Annie, for taking such wonderful care of our pets and home!"

"Could not have asked for more. Sian was amazing. We needed someone to look after 2 pets, one of which had just recovered from an infection that we think was picked up from a Kennel. Punctual, conscientious, thoughtful and plenty of updates - but most of all we felt she really cared for our pets, which is exactly what we needed. She also left our house exactly as we had left it. We will never use Kennels again. Thank you again Sian. Highly recommended and will definitely use again xx"

"This was the first time we've used any sort of dog/house sitting service so we were a little unsure of what to expect. Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He came to meet the dogs before the actual booking and it was clear that he knew dogs and quickly put my mind at rest. While we were away; Dan was great at keeping in touch enough so we weren't worried about the dogs, but not overpowering so we were able to enjoy our holiday. When we returned home, the house was immaculate, Dan had even washed the bedding he'd used! The dogs were happy and clearly well looked after while we were away. Would highly recommend Dan and will no doubt be booking him again in the future."

"I live with a very anxious cat (Weed), who doesn't trust humans easily. Joanna was the first cat sitter I'd ever used and I asked for help as I needed to visit my mother in hospital in the North East but Weed was recovering from severe gastroenteritis and needed monitoring. In advance, Joanna and I discussed the cat's routine, what she did and didn't like and her dietary requirements. Over the 3 nights I was away and Joanna cared for Weed, I received regular updates and photographs - including of Weed playing with Joanna, which Weed would only do if Joanna had put her at ease (at least a little). I felt hugely relieved to know Weed was in safe hands and my house was spotless on my return. I thoroughly recommend Joanna."

"Alicja was just amazing. We, two weeks before our scheduled holiday, found and took in a stray/feral abandoned kitten. We couldn't reschedule our trip and therefore needed a cat-sitter to stay overnight to give him his consistent meals and care. He was only 6-7 weeks old, and so he is in the process of being socialised to humans and needing extra love and care because he is so young. Alicja sent so many pictures, which really put my mind at ease in leaving him, as he was clearly happy and playing from all the pictures. She kept in frequent contact, and provided everything he needed perfectly. She used her extensive experience with cats and behavioural understanding and when we returned he had made so much progress thanks to the care she gave. He was more confident and learnt new things whilst with her! When our flight returning was delayed, she happily stayed a little later and accommodated our plans with ease. She has a calming and friendly nature and it is clear that kitties love her!! I will 100% be returning to Alicja if ever needed. The purrfect cat mum. Thank you! 🤍 "

"What a great find Kylie is! Fantastic meet and greet, could tell she really loved dogs and even my often sulky sausage dog took to her. She really understood the needs of the girls and kept me up dated with pictures throughout the weekend. All the dogs looked happy snuggled up with her on the couch. Would definitely recommend and will be booking Kylie again "

"Rachel is amazing with cats. We organised to meet her beforehand and our cat was drawn to her straight away. She clearly cares so much for their well-being. She kept us well informed with pictures and messages. Rachel looked after our house too and when we got back Pudding was calm and happy.
