"I cannot recommend Laura enough. From the moment I met Laura I knew she would take good care of our dog and cat.
Laura left the house immaculate, and the pets were cared for excellently. We were away for 15 nights and the pets were excellently cared for and they seemed very content and happy when we got home.
Laura’s communication was excellent with plenty of updates on what the pets had been up to and the trips she had taken my dog on.
This was our first time using an app for pet sitting and the process was very smooth. We are so glad we found Laura and will be booking with her again. "

"Connor was absolutely fantastic while looking after our two dogs, Luna and Dusty, while we were away. From the moment we met him, we felt confident that our dogs were in safe, caring hands. He kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which really put our minds at ease. Both dogs clearly adored him, and it was obvious they were well cared for and loved during our time away. We came home to two happy, relaxed pups and a spotless house. We couldn’t recommend Connor highly enough — reliable, trustworthy, and brilliant with animals. "Moriah has stayed with our girls for just about three weeks. It’s a long time to have someone you don’t know stay in your house and care for your pets, but the moment we had our meet and greet, we felt good about it. We weren’t disappointed. The girls were both happy and healthy when we returned and the house was spotless. Our dog struggles with anxiety and takes some time to warm up to new people but that did not phase Moriah and they were quick to become friends. 😊I would recommend Moriah and would be happy to book her services again."

"Valentina was super responsive from the first message and that immediately put me at ease. She was very nice and very reliable and sent us a little update of our dog daily. She even offered to stay a bit later on the final day to feed the dog even though we initially had told her she didn’t need to. This made me think that she really cares about the animals she looks after. We’ll definitely ask her to look after Pebble again next time we go away, and I’d recommend her to anyone who wants a calm and dependable dog sitter! "

"I almost don’t want to leave a review as I’m scared that Kez will get all booked up and not be available for me lol
She was incredible, left my house exactly as I’d left it for her. If I didn’t have Ring Cam I’d swear she wasn’t there lol, she was that respectful, neat and tidy.
My cat loved her and I would recommend her to anyone thinking of having a stranger stay in their home. Lol. I can’t say enough good things about Kez, literally the best pet sitter experience I’ve ever had. "

"Bella was incredibly caring towards our three dogs and gave a lot of updates throughout the day which made us feel extremely safe. We came home to our dogs extremely happy and they felt incredibly safe with her and displayed less initial anxiety when we were away compared to friends and family we had left them with prior. She is keenly aware of our three dog's different personalities and needs and made sure they felt taken care of. Our dogs are seniors and we had not traveled as a family since the pandemic, so we were quite unsure how they would react, but Bella made it as seamless and comfortable for them as possible. I am extremely happy with trusting Bella with the well being of our three dogs. "

"Paula was amazing with my 2 puppy girls, she took care of them for a week while I was on holidays. She was sending me videos of my babies day and night so I was very relaxed under her care. "Otávio is a friendly and honest person, and the communication with him was very easy and efficient. He stayed for 2 weeks and made special efforts to cover during Christmas and New Year holidays. It is clear that our cat loved him as she looked happy and not very excited to see us :) We highly recommend Otávio and we will not hesitate asking him again to take car of our cat next time!"

"Emily did a wonderful job looking after our dog and two cats for a weekend. She was punctual, took on board all instructions for the care of the pets and house, and kept in communication the whole weekend. "Stephen house-sat while we were on holiday, looking after our 3 cats and very elderly dog who needed daily meds and a lot of TLC. He gave us daily updates, (including pictures), and went above and beyond to make sure that Sparky was comfortable so that we could have peace of mind while we were away. Nothing was too much trouble and it is clear that Stephen really loves animals. I would highly recommend him to keep your home and pets safe. "

"Federica was wonderful! I have never had a pet sitter before so I was beyond anxious since the start. I was going to be away for four nights, and being my cat is a lockdown kitten, he has never had other human interaction asides myself and the vets. He’s also always been a bit sickish and despite being pure energy so he also needs to take medication, which also added to my stress of leaving him. But things went fabulous; she stayed overnight with my cat and he absolutely adored her, communication was great, she could give him his medication no bother and it was overall a huge positive experience. I don’t have family in this country so I don’t really have people to rely on with pet care, and seeing how lovely she was with my cat gave me a lot of peace of mind when leaving. I’m glad I met Federica because I’ll definitely be asking her back when Covid allows me to go somewhere.
I cannot recommend highly enough."

"The cat sitting service was excellent. Ash was reliable, professional, and clearly experienced with cats and a great communicator. We had a pre-meeting a few weeks before where we got to know each other and be able to provide information about our cat before the booking.
