"Caitlyn was brilliant! This was our first time using a housesitter and she put our minds at rest from the moment we made contact. She sent messages and pictures throughout her stay which kept us informed and you could tell she really cared for our pets as if they were her own. Would highly recommend Caitlyn."

"Penny is an amazing pet sitter we have had her for 7 nights. She looked after our house and our dog. "Marisa house‑sat for us over 10 days to look after our very scared and timid cat, Phoenix, and she was absolutely wonderful. Phoenix normally runs and hides under the bed whenever new people come into the house, but he warmed to Marisa surprisingly quickly and even ended up sleeping next to her — something we never imagined possible. For the first time in many years, we were able to go on holiday feeling relaxed and reassured, knowing he was in such gentle and patient hands. We’re genuinely grateful for the care she showed and wouldn’t hesitate to have her back again."

"We recently used Pawshake for the first time and couldn’t be happier with our experience—especially thanks to our amazing pet sitter, Marta. As first-time users of a pet-sitting service, we were naturally a bit anxious about leaving our two Mainecoon cats but from the moment we met Marta, we felt completely at ease. She is warm, caring and incredibly professional. It was clear right away that she genuinely loves animals and would treat our cats as if they were her own. While we were away, Marta stayed in our home and took wonderful care of everything. She kept us updated with messages and photos and we returned to find two very happy, relaxed cats and a spotless house. It was obvious that they had been truly loved and well looked after. She even brought in some toys for them to play with which they absolutely loved! Marta went above and beyond in every way and we feel incredibly lucky to have found her. "Trixie has been an absolute joy to have in our home to look after our family cat, Fudge. As an older pet, Fudge needs that extra care and attention that Trixie was able to provide by being at home with her. We received updates about how Fudge was, including a photo of her looking very happy, which was of great assurance to us whilst we were away. Trixie also left the house in an immaculate condition. We were delighted with Trixie’s care for Fudge, her conscientious attitude to her work and her overriding love for animals. "Kathy was great, excellent communications, both before and during her sitting for us and, very important, our dogs took to her and looked very relaxed in the photos she sent us whilst we were away. One of our pets needed some medication (tablets and eye drops) which she took in her stride. We felt very comfortable and confident leaving our pets and home in Kathy's care. Very happy and will happily ask her to dog sit again. "

"Kate was absolutely excellent. It was obvious she loves animals and our 2 dogs took to her straight away. She communicated regularly both before and during the booking. She left the house exactly as we left it and even offered to poop scoop the garden before our return! We felt totally comfortable leaving not only our dogs, but also our home in her care and she did not let us down. Very happy, would recommend and will definitely use Kate again. Thank you Kate "
