"Lindsay delivered exceptional end-to-end support! Due to some unexpected changes in our household, we needed a pet sitter on short notice. To my delight Lindsay responded quickly to my request to look after our elderly dog and two cats whilst my husband and I were travelling. Once everything was organised, she came by for an in person visit to meet our fur babies and get oriented with the home setup.
Throughout the sit, her comms was exactly what we needed, consistent check-ins, proactive questions, and real-time updates. She even helped us on several occasions to coordinate deliveries with both us and our neighbors, which was a huge value-add.
We returned to a clean, well-maintained home and three very content pets - honestly, they seemed slightly let down that we were back and she wasn’t. We’ll absolutely be partnering with Lindsay again for future sits. Thank you Lindsay!"

"I cannot express my gratitude enough to Oksana and her husband Andrew for the exceptional care they provided to my beloved Sophie during my recent travels. Leaving your fur baby behind is never an easy task, but Oksana's presence brought me immense comfort and reassurance from the moment we met. Oksana went above and beyond to ensure Sophie felt loved, pampered, and completely at ease in her absence. From the first day, Oksana shared regular updates, including delightful videos and adorable pictures of Sophie enjoying her time with them. It was heart-warming to see the genuine joy and affection Oksana bestowed upon my precious Pomeranian. Sophie was truly spoiled during her stay with Oksana and Andrew.

"Tuula took such great care of our 2 cats for the 10 days we were away. Both cats took an instant liking to her at the first meeting (which is very rare for one of them, who is cautious of new people) and then were completely comfortable with her within a day. She very kindly provided us with regular photos and updates of the cats knowing how much we missed them while we were away.
Not only did she take fantastic care of our cats, but she was so courteous and respectful of the house, going above and beyond to make our return home seamless which we were so thankful for. We will absolutely be asking Tuula to housesit our cats again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for peace of mind while away. "

"Valentina was super responsive from the first message and that immediately put me at ease. She was very nice and very reliable and sent us a little update of our dog daily. She even offered to stay a bit later on the final day to feed the dog even though we initially had told her she didn’t need to. This made me think that she really cares about the animals she looks after. We’ll definitely ask her to look after Pebble again next time we go away, and I’d recommend her to anyone who wants a calm and dependable dog sitter! "

"I can’t express how happy we are with the care given by Georgina to our two dogs and our tortoise whilst we went away for 4 nights. At our first meeting, when we walked the dogs together, I felt reassured and confident that our 14 year old Polly, and her companion Jem would have the best of care. We received regular updates with photos. Having someone new staying in your home taking care of your precious pets can be daunting but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the lovely Georgina. I’m so glad that we found her!"

"Bella was incredibly caring towards our three dogs and gave a lot of updates throughout the day which made us feel extremely safe. We came home to our dogs extremely happy and they felt incredibly safe with her and displayed less initial anxiety when we were away compared to friends and family we had left them with prior. She is keenly aware of our three dog's different personalities and needs and made sure they felt taken care of. Our dogs are seniors and we had not traveled as a family since the pandemic, so we were quite unsure how they would react, but Bella made it as seamless and comfortable for them as possible. I am extremely happy with trusting Bella with the well being of our three dogs. "

"Sanika stayed overnight at our house to look after our cat while we were on holiday. He’s a spoiled indoor/outdoor cat that is very used to us catering to his every need.
He has a tendency to be scared of new people and will run and hide but he took an instant liking to Sanika and approached her straight away when she came for the meet and greet. Sanika understood how important it was to us that our cat was taken care of like we were still there. The thought of him being distressed is enough to ruin a holiday.
You really have to trust a person to give them access to your home and my partner particularly can be sceptical about letting people have access to our house but he also took an instant liking to Sanika. She is very friendly, thoughtful and courteous.
While we were away, Sanika gave daily updates and took photos of our cat at various points throughout the day and made up funny little stories about what he had been up to. Our cat looked happy, relaxed and content in all of the photos and we could tell he was very comfortable. I sent war and peace on our home and how to look after our cat and it didn’t put her off at all.
Sanika left our house spotless as if no one had been there all week! If we had not had the evidence of a full days worth of pictures every day, I might have wondered if she actually stayed!
I couldn’t rate Sanika highly enough and we will think of her when we next go away. "

"Federica was wonderful! I have never had a pet sitter before so I was beyond anxious since the start. I was going to be away for four nights, and being my cat is a lockdown kitten, he has never had other human interaction asides myself and the vets. He’s also always been a bit sickish and despite being pure energy so he also needs to take medication, which also added to my stress of leaving him. But things went fabulous; she stayed overnight with my cat and he absolutely adored her, communication was great, she could give him his medication no bother and it was overall a huge positive experience. I don’t have family in this country so I don’t really have people to rely on with pet care, and seeing how lovely she was with my cat gave me a lot of peace of mind when leaving. I’m glad I met Federica because I’ll definitely be asking her back when Covid allows me to go somewhere.
I cannot recommend highly enough."

"Once again Sevval was really great with my elderly cats, despite them being a little difficult when it comes to toilet use.
