"Elly watched our female Doberman while we went on a family holiday away for a week. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our pet. Elly was amazing. Came round a few times before we went away to get to know our dog and familiarise herself with everything. We had really good communication while we were away abroad with photos of our pet to see how she was doing. I highly recommend Elly and couldn’t have asked for more. "We recently used Pawshake for the first time and couldn’t be happier with our experience—especially thanks to our amazing pet sitter, Marta. As first-time users of a pet-sitting service, we were naturally a bit anxious about leaving our two Mainecoon cats but from the moment we met Marta, we felt completely at ease. She is warm, caring and incredibly professional. It was clear right away that she genuinely loves animals and would treat our cats as if they were her own. While we were away, Marta stayed in our home and took wonderful care of everything. She kept us updated with messages and photos and we returned to find two very happy, relaxed cats and a spotless house. It was obvious that they had been truly loved and well looked after. "We had Marsha staying with my cat for 2 nights and we were absolutely thrilled with her service. She clearly has a deep affection for and understanding of cats. She took the time to learn about Luna, and made sure to cater to her unique personality and preference. While we were away, she kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which helped put our minds at ease. "Sian has been brilliant. This was the first time looking after my 6 cats, including 2 elderly cats, each with their own specific needs, and another who had recently had major surgery and was on tablets and eye treatment several times a day. Sian took this all in her stride and still made time to keep everyone entertained with play and lots of cuddles. I was sent daily updates with lots of photos and videos and was kept informed when issues arise. I shall definitely be calling on Sian's services again."

"Kathy was great, excellent communications, both before and during her sitting for us and, very important, our dogs took to her and looked very relaxed in the photos she sent us whilst we were away. One of our pets needed some medication (tablets and eye drops) which she took in her stride. We felt very comfortable and confident leaving our pets and home in Kathy's care.
