"I am over the moon that I found Charlotte and decided to book her to look after our dog Saxon. Charlotte is warm, friendly and very professional.
Our dog Saxon has some human/dog aggression and suffers with separation anxiety. Charlotte entered our home calmly and did exactly as we told her ensuring the initial meet and greet went smoothly and in doing so, meant that Saxon stayed calm and wasn’t threatened by Charlottes presence.
We booked Charlotte for 1 week to stay at our home and all the time we were away, we knew that both our home and Saxon were completely safe.
Charlotte followed every instruction that we left her, for both Saxon and our home, with this being the very first time that we have ever used an agency to find a dog sitter, we had some slight worry if we had made the right decision. Charlotte was very good at communicating back to us, keeping us updated on Saxon and answering our messages to her while we were away.
I would 100% book Charlotte again and very much look forward to welcoming her into our home once (or much, much) more.

"Leeanna was a fantastic house and pet sitter! She looked after our Aussie shepherd, Guinea pig herd, tortoise and aquarium for 3 nights whilst we were away on holiday. All our animals seemed really happy and well cared for on our return and the house was incredibly clean and tidy. Leeanna kept us up to date with all our animals’ antics and sent us lots of photos. This was our first time leaving our house and animals in someone else’s care so we were a bit nervous. However we made the best choice in Leeanna for sure! She even stayed later on the final day when our flight returned later than expected so our dog wouldn’t have to be by himself for too long! We cannot recommend Leeanna enough and we will certainly be reaching out to her for future pet sits. Thank you so much! "

"Penny is an amazing pet sitter we have had her for 7 nights. She looked after our house and our dog. We couldn't wish anyone better than her, she was excellent with our dog and left our house very tidy and clean. I am so glad we met her, we will definitely book her again very soon 😊 💖

"Elly watched our female Doberman while we went on a family holiday away for a week. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our pet. Elly was amazing. Came round a few times before we went away to get to know our dog and familiarise herself with everything. We had really good communication while we were away abroad with photos of our pet to see how she was doing. I highly recommend Elly and couldn’t have asked for more. We will certainly be using her again! If you want peace of mind and someone you can trust look no further then Elly!! "

"Chloe looked after my two kittens for 2 nights / 3 days whilst I was away. Chloe was absolutely wonderful with my kittens! She followed all instructions perfectly, kept them in their routine, and spent plenty of quality time with them playing together. It is the first time I’ve been away from home since they came into my life, so I was a little anxious - but Chloe made me feel at ease through regular updates and photos. It was lovely seeing how quickly they warmed to her - she has a real way with cats. She was also a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking - responsive, polite, and attended an initial meet and greet. I would thoroughly recommend Chloe when you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy sitter!"

"We recently used Pawshake for the first time and couldn’t be happier with our experience—especially thanks to our amazing pet sitter, Marta.
As first-time users of a pet-sitting service, we were naturally a bit anxious about leaving our two Mainecoon cats but from the moment we met Marta, we felt completely at ease. She is warm, caring and incredibly professional. It was clear right away that she genuinely loves animals and would treat our cats as if they were her own.
While we were away, Marta stayed in our home and took wonderful care of everything. She kept us updated with messages and photos and we returned to find two very happy, relaxed cats and a spotless house. It was obvious that they had been truly loved and well looked after. She even brought in some toys for them to play with which they absolutely loved!
Marta went above and beyond in every way and we feel incredibly lucky to have found her. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again in the future.
