"Sanika stayed overnight at our house to look after our cat while we were on holiday. He’s a spoiled indoor/outdoor cat that is very used to us catering to his every need.
He has a tendency to be scared of new people and will run and hide but he took an instant liking to Sanika and approached her straight away when she came for the meet and greet. Sanika understood how important it was to us that our cat was taken care of like we were still there. The thought of him being distressed is enough to ruin a holiday.
You really have to trust a person to give them access to your home and my partner particularly can be sceptical about letting people have access to our house but he also took an instant liking to Sanika. She is very friendly, thoughtful and courteous.
While we were away, Sanika gave daily updates and took photos of our cat at various points throughout the day and made up funny little stories about what he had been up to. Our cat looked happy, relaxed and content in all of the photos and we could tell he was very comfortable. I sent war and peace on our home and how to look after our cat and it didn’t put her off at all.
Sanika left our house spotless as if no one had been there all week! If we had not had the evidence of a full days worth of pictures every day, I might have wondered if she actually stayed!
I couldn’t rate Sanika highly enough and we will think of her when we next go away. "

"I cannot praise Deborah highly enough! She was excellent with our two whippets from the word go at the 'meet and greet' and once she was here for the three day stay she was wonderful with them. We had no anxieties about leaving them at all and knew they'd be in safe hands with Deborah. She walked them well every day and really got to know them during her stay. "We would definitely choose Jo again, because she has provided exceptional care for our cat Oscar who has diabetes.
Jo was attentive and extremely caring and won Oscar's trust very quickly and understood his needs. Jo gave us regular updates, and photos of Oscar and was able to meet his needs in terms of administering insulin twice daily. We were comfortable knowing Oscar was in safe, caring hands. "I had booked Shamael to house sit for me to look after my 3 fur babies as I didn't want to leave my babies with anyone as I did in the past and they looked depressed when I would take them home, So I wanted someone that could house sit for me so that my fur babies can be comfortable within their own home. I must say Shamael made me so happy, Comfortable and content with the service she provided, I have 3 cats 1 of which is a rescue cat. She had suffered past trauma and doesn't trust anyone that easily but shamael managed to give her that safe place to which my baby became really comfortable and friendly with shamael. Shamael kept me updated about my 3 babies by sending me messages to inform me what they are doing, have done as well as sending pictures and videos. Apart from looking after my fur babies Shamael helped me with a leak that I had occurring the night I travelled, she was in to let all the repairs team in she kept my house tidy, and mostly she was very honest with things like if she was out she would let me know if I messaged her. She was on time with their feeds kept their litter clean and made sure they had their food at the times I told her. Shamael is very friendly, reliable and trustworthy....Thank you very much for an outstanding service Shamel and thank you for the help you provided whilst I was away .... Happy belated birthday and thank you for the cake you left for us we loved it ❤️"
