"Caitlyn was brilliant! This was our first time using a housesitter and she put our minds at rest from the moment we made contact. "We recently used Pawshake for the first time and couldn’t be happier with our experience—especially thanks to our amazing pet sitter, Marta.
As first-time users of a pet-sitting service, we were naturally a bit anxious about leaving our two Mainecoon cats but from the moment we met Marta, we felt completely at ease. She is warm, caring and incredibly professional. It was clear right away that she genuinely loves animals and would treat our cats as if they were her own.
While we were away, Marta stayed in our home and took wonderful care of everything. She kept us updated with messages and photos and we returned to find two very happy, relaxed cats and a spotless house. It was obvious that they had been truly loved and well looked after. She even brought in some toys for them to play with which they absolutely loved!
Marta went above and beyond in every way and we feel incredibly lucky to have found her. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again in the future.

"Leeanna was a fantastic house and pet sitter! She looked after our Aussie shepherd, Guinea pig herd, tortoise and aquarium for 3 nights whilst we were away on holiday. All our animals seemed really happy and well cared for on our return and the house was incredibly clean and tidy. Leeanna kept us up to date with all our animals’ antics and sent us lots of photos. This was our first time leaving our house and animals in someone else’s care so we were a bit nervous. However we made the best choice in Leeanna for sure! She even stayed later on the final day when our flight returned later than expected so our dog wouldn’t have to be by himself for too long! We cannot recommend Leeanna enough and we will certainly be reaching out to her for future pet sits. Thank you so much! "

"This was our first time booking Shamael to look after our 4 cats for a very long sitting. She was amazing!! We came back to 4 very happy and well cared for kitties with Shamael even handling some complex meds fine all on her own. "We had Marsha staying with my cat for 2 nights and we were absolutely thrilled with her service. She clearly has a deep affection for and understanding of cats.
She took the time to learn about Luna, and made sure to cater to her unique personality and preference. While we were away, she kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which helped put our minds at ease.
My cat is usually shy around new people, but she warmed up to her almost immediately, which speaks volumes about her gentle and caring nature.
When we returned, Luna was relaxed and happy, showing how well she was cared for in our absence.

"We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our French bulldog, Dexter! He’s a very anxious little guy, but during the five days I-Chen looked after him, he was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. "We had our Wedding in Greece planned! and we've never left our Cocker Spaniel alone before with anyone other than family/friends - but of course they were all coming to our wedding! So we were on the hunt for someone to stay in our house for the week and look after Arwen, as we thought she'd be much more comfortable in a familiar place. We came across Victoria's profile and on contacting her she said that she was busy that week, but she often assigns jobs to her family members who help her out, so we had a meet with her brother Atilio - he seemed very calm, on the ball and trustworthy & so we went ahead and booked! He turned up right on time before our taxi dropped us to the airport and throughout the week he contacted us with photos and any little concerns her had, which we were grateful for!
We were able to relax and enjoy our Wedding and week with guests, knowing that she was in safe hands! Thank you once again for looking after our little Arwen 🧡🐾"
