"It is so difficult to find a new house/pet sitter that one can trust, but Nova is absolutely reliable and the sit was stress free. She arrived bang on time and looked after our home, doglet and daft old cat absolutely beautifully. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Nova and we will 100% use her services again soon. Thank you!!!"

"Kisa looked after our cat for a week while we were away, and she was absolutely fantastic. She checked in with us every day, sending lots of photos and updates, which gave us real peace of mind. She was very thoughtful—asking what times would work best for her to arrive and leave—and kept the house spotless. She even put the bins out for us! We’d highly recommend Kisa to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."

"Karen was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was attentive, loving and genuinely wonderful with Pookie.
Pookie is an anxious cat and can be very wary, so seeing how comfortable and at ease she was with Karen meant an enormous amount to me. Karen clearly took the time to understand her and make her feel safe and settled.
I was in hospital during this time, and Karen’s constant contact and regular pictures made my stay so much easier. I never had to worry about how Pookie was doing because I knew she was in the safest possible hands and being cared for with genuine affection.
Karen went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I certainly wouldn’t choose anyone else if I had the option.
A truly wonderful person and an absolutely brilliant cat sitter. I couldn’t recommend Karen highly enough. ❤️🐾"

"We booked Selena for a two night house sitting service and she was amazing. From the first meet and greet it was obvious that she both loved cats and knew how to care for them! Our little bug was so calm and happy with her and when we returned. She messaged us photo’s of our cat every day and always checked in with us. She left the house in immaculate condition and really made us feel at ease! I cannot recommend her enough!!"

"We've now booked Esme for several walks and a long term 5 night care and she was the BEST! She was so communicative, caring and followed direction very very well. Our dogs are a bit aggressive and have particular needs so we were anxious to find a sitter that is able to accommodate that and she was so wonderful. She stayed in our home and left it in the exact state (if not better) than we left it which was also unexpected and very kind. "

"Alex stayed in our flat to look after our cat (Tess) for 5 nights. She was communicative, sent us photos of Tess, and Tess was happy and relaxed when we got home. The flat was very clean and tidy, as were Tess's food bowls/litter trays. We would definitely use Alex again 👍🏻"

Why house sitting ?
Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your London home while you are away.
House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like London.
At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.
The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your London home is also being looked after as well.
In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.
Pet owners book house sitting in London on Pawshake. Over 4656 pet owners in London have left a review, with an average of 4.96/5. All paid safely using Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
