"Sarah is kind, respectful, approachable and professional.
She looked after our pets (dog, indoor cat, parakeet, 2x rabbits and a difficult, grumpy Blue and Gold Macaw!) to the instruction and more.
We got regular updates and photos, which was nice.
The pets were content and happy when we came back after a week.
She is very reliable and have already rebooked Sarah."

"Ruth provided an excellent cat sitting/house sitting service while I was on holiday for three weeks. I was worried about leaving my cat for so long but I shouldn't have been. Ruth proved herself to be a safe pair of hands. She looked after my cat and my home as per my instructions and sent regular updates and pictures to me while I was away. My cat was happy and healthy upon my return, and my house was tidy and well maintained. Ruth is kind, conscientious and a great communicator. I can happily recommend her, and I would re-book with her in a heartbeat. "

"Emma stayed with my lovely elderly cat Daisy for two nights whilst I was away. She is friendly and efficient and replies to all communications very quickly so it was easy to make arrangements. She took lots of videos which was reassuring and stopped me worrying about Daisy. She left the house in immaculate condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for cat sitting and will definitely ask her in the future. Many thanks Emma."

"Dominka has acted as a pet sitter for a couple of times for my dog, the first time stepping in at short notice after another sitter withdrew. She is very responsive in her communications when organising any arrangements which I really appreciate, and also in sending regular updates on my dog during my time away. It's clear that Dominka adores animals and my dog has clearly taken to her as well so the feeling is mutual. "Ildiko looked after our three cats for a week in August. She was very conscientious and efficient and made sure our cats were wonderfully looked after. She kept in touch after each visit and sent lots of photos and reports back. She even had to deal with an avoidant cat and one who caught a bird! I have given her 5 stars in all categories. Louise "

"Emma is amazing! We cannot recommend her enough. One of our cats is a particularly nervous rescue who came to us from an abusive home, however she has been so confident with Emma! We couldn’t believe it! Emma kept us updated every day with pictures & stuff about the cats because we were on the other side of the world! Very lovely lady who we will be using every time we need a cat sitter now! Highly recommend! We are pretty sure the cats are looking for her around the house! :) "

"Kathy did an amazing job of taking care of our brood of pets. We were a bit worried about leaving our very nervous dog with someone new, but within a day, Kathy had won her over and even managed to get our somewhat aloof cats to warm us to her as well. Kathy was friendly and super organised and provided regular updates on how the pets were getting on while we were away (which I really appreciated, seeing as I get anxious when I leave the pets behind). She was really accommodating with the routine we set with our pets (even though they are definitely spoiled little creatures) and gave us great confidence in our initial meeting that we were leaving our pets in safe hands (which we clearly were). I would highly recommend her services and will definitely be reaching out in the future when we go away. "

"I could not have asked for a better house sitter during my recent trip to the States! From beginning to end, everything was handled with such care and attention. With two dogs who tend to get anxious and stressed when I’m away, it was such a relief to come home to them calm, happy, and relaxed — a clear sign they were truly well cared for.
What really stood out was how accommodating and thoughtful Santiago was throughout the entire stay. Even as I adjusted plans and preferences, he went out of his way to keep me updated, respond quickly, and ensure both my dogs and home felt safe and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who treats your space and pets like their own, and Santiago truly exceeded all my expectations.
I would absolutely welcome him back anytime — knowing my home and furry friends are in such good hands is priceless. Highly recommended!"

"Elise and Ignas were wonderful pet sitters. They came to the rescue very last minute to help look after our dog for the weekend. We’d never used an agency or pet sitting website so were a bit unsure, but after meeting Elise we were put at ease. Samantha was given a lovely weekend and we were assured she was in great hands. "We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you."

"Gabi and Brett were absolutely spot on in every way. Fantastic pre-holiday communication, and then Brett stayed with our Labrador and our cats over the hottest week of the Summer. He kept in touch every day without fail, with photos and videos of his interactions with our pets. We came back to a well-watered garden, and very relaxed animals who had obviously been excellently cared for.
Honestly I’m a little concerned that if this review is too glowing, they will become too popular and we definitely want to ask them to look after our pets next time!
