"Kathy looked after our 3 yr old Labrador Beatrice for 15 nights over Christmas and New Year. Prior to us going away Kathy was very diligent in checking how we care for Beatrice and understanding how she could replicate the same care.
While we were away Kathy sent daily updates letting us know what adventures they'd been on, including photos and videos. Beatrice clearly had an excellent staycation :-)
While we were away Beatrice cut her leg on some sharp materials in our garden; Kathy was quick to let me know and to work out together what to do. She handled two vet visits plus an online vet consultation and then to top it all a tree came down in the garden!
Kathy was calm despite some challenging circumstances and kept us informed throughout. I've already booked Kathy again for some further visits!"

"Felicitas was tasked with taking care of our two beloved dogs - a staff cross and a border collie cross. Though they usually have a great relationship, they can sometimes be a handful around strangers. However, Felicitas handled them with exceptional care, providing entertainment and even training for our furry friends. Throughout the duration of her pet-sitting, she kept us informed with regular updates and sent us plenty of photos and videos. We were extremely grateful for her efforts, especially since we missed our dogs immensely while we were away. Overall, Felicitas proved to be an outstanding pet sitter who has a genuine love and affinity for dogs. We definitely plan on hiring her again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who wants a top-notch pet-sitting experience!"

"I used Suzie to look after my cat as I was going on holiday; the service was for an overnight stay.
My cat is highly anxious and not fond of meeting new people, and he often hides if he hears the door.
I confess the last thing I wanted was for someone to stay; however, the vet advised that it was better to have someone stay due to his anxiety than place him in a Cattery. That was proving stressful as I had never had anyone stay before, and to trust someone after you hear stories can play on your mind as you entrust them to take care of your beloved pet and home.
I was so glad I found Suzie; she was professional, and engaging all the way; she ensured she took pictures and videos and kept me up to date so I could see my cat was coping, they managed to have a bond, and he finally came around to trust her.
Thanks to Suzie, I could enjoy my holiday without any stress. I would enlist her services again. Thank you."

"Beckie was a fantastic pet sitter, from the initial meet and greet I knew she would be prefect to look after my pets. All of my pets took to her immediately. During the meet and greet I introduced her to my eldest cat and informed her he was under the weather, from her experience with her own pet ownership she knew what was wrong with my poor boy and this gave further confidence in her ability. During her stay she took pictures of the fun and cuddles my dog was having with her which was a lovely touch. I would certainly use Beckie again in the future when I am looking for someone to look after my pets."

"It was an absolute pleasure to have Sarah looking after our two cats while we went away. Her communication is excellent and it was lovely to receive pictures and regular updates. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and she took our cats’ little quirks and routines completely in stride and we came home to two very happy and relaxed moggies. This was our first time using a house sitter and Sarah made the whole process straightforward and stress free, it felt like having a friend staying in the house for us. Would definitely recommend and we’re looking forward to having more weekends and holidays away now that we’ve found someone that we feel happy to leave with the cats. "

"Eilidh is responsive, professional and kind. As a dog parent, travelling has always been a major consideration, somewhat a dread if I’m honest as I’m always worried about the little ones. Eilidh made my trip possible, enabling me to have some “me” time.
Some of the highlights:
- Responsiveness: Outstanding communication. Eilidh responded with 15 minutes at all times, pre, during and post dog sitting.
- Genuine love for the dogs: Eilidh was welcome to go out for a few hours per day, but she rarely left the dogs. Maximum time she left the dogs was 2 hours in a 24 hour period. This was over a four day period. This is wonderful to see as Eilidh genuinely wanted to spend time with them despite she had my permission to go out for longer. She also slept on the sofa to keep the dogs company as they were not allowed in bedrooms.
- Transparency: I was able to leave Furbo on to keep an eye on things. Complete trust and transparency.
- Toy breed: Eilidh looked after my toy breed dogs, appreciating that at 2kg they are much more fragile so Eilidh was very careful with them
- Mixed ages: From the age of 4 months to 8 years.
- Medication administration: One of my senior dogs has a heart problem, Eilidh administered the medication punctually and correctly.
- Diet: Dogs are raw fed, Eilidh handled raw meat with ease.
- House maintenance: My home was well maintained, a respectful guest.
I am a repeat customer of Eilidh and will continue to be, as a professional working in the city, Eilidh has given me the freedom to travel knowing that my little ones will be well cared for. I would highly recommend her!"

"Sandy stayed at my home for 2 nights whilst I went away for a few days. Sandy came a couple of times before staying at my home to meet my pets, go for a dog walk and run through feeding, how the house works, eg tv, shower, oven. Everything was clean and tidy when I got back. I sent a couple of texts whilst I was away, which she replied to. I will definitely use Sandy again, she's very friendly and obviously loves animals. "

"Jo looked after our elderly cat with numerous health issues, and he also required medication at specific times during the day. We were nervous leaving him with someone we didn't know, especially for 5 days. After we spoke with Jo, we were assured as she was calm and kind. While we were away, Jo kept us updated. When we returned home, our cat was very calm and happy. He is normally stressed when we are away - so we know he was very well cared for and looked after. I highly recommend Jo. "
