"I booked Sarah due to her experience with disabled cats, and one of my mine has epilepsy that we are trying to find the correct medicine dosage for. She took excellent care of my 2 cats and kept me updated with photos and videos, and administered all medications. More importantly, my epileptic cat had a longer-than-usual seizure and when she could not reach me, she was proactive in administering emergency medication. She handled all in between communications between myself and the vet and made herself available for my calls and vet visits. Sarah handled things with great care, calm, and expertise, and I’m extremely grateful to have had such a competent sitter during an emergency."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after my cats and kittens. From the very beginning, they were attentive, reliable, and genuinely caring. It gave me real peace of mind knowing my pets were in such safe and capable hands.
They went above and beyond to make sure all of my cats were comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of attention and affection. My kittens especially require a bit of extra care and patience, and it was clear they handled them with such kindness and understanding. "Superb. Hannah looked after our Labradoodle 'B' as if he were her own. She quickly put our minds at ease leaving B while we went on vacation and knowing she really cared for him and was eager to help train out some of the bad habits he had developed during lockdown - and with success! She sent pictures and updates daily, she took him to the groomer for us and they went on walks to new areas, ensuring he was kept busy and exercised. "I genuinely couldn't have felt more comfortable with Emma taking care of my blind cat Freya staying in my home while I was away for a couple of nights.
Freya immediately took to Emma when they first met, and I was satisfied & impressed with the level of care she displayed when discussing Freya's routines, likes, dislikes etc.
