"I cannot express my gratitude enough to Oksana and her husband Andrew for the exceptional care they provided to my beloved Sophie during my recent travels. Leaving your fur baby behind is never an easy task, but Oksana's presence brought me immense comfort and reassurance from the moment we met. Oksana went above and beyond to ensure Sophie felt loved, pampered, and completely at ease in her absence. From the first day, Oksana shared regular updates, including delightful videos and adorable pictures of Sophie enjoying her time with them. It was heart-warming to see the genuine joy and affection Oksana bestowed upon my precious Pomeranian. Sophie was truly spoiled during her stay with Oksana and Andrew.

"Sam was polite, communicative and accommodating. He has a gentle and loving energy which was perfect for my very old little Min Pin. He carefully took in all the info of how to take care of her as she is deaf and blind, and they spend the evening cuddled on the sofa! ☺️

"Laura is an amazing house and pet sitter. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She looked after our house, dog and cat impeccably whilst we were away. The animals were extremely happy, she kept the house beautifully tidy and safe, she was communicative and sensible if anything arose. "Ildiko looked after our three cats for a week in August. She was very conscientious and efficient and made sure our cats were wonderfully looked after. She kept in touch after each visit and sent lots of photos and reports back. She even had to deal with an avoidant cat and one who caught a bird! I have given her 5 stars in all categories. Louise "

"Emma is amazing! We cannot recommend her enough. One of our cats is a particularly nervous rescue who came to us from an abusive home, however she has been so confident with Emma! We couldn’t believe it! Emma kept us updated every day with pictures & stuff about the cats because we were on the other side of the world! Very lovely lady who we will be using every time we need a cat sitter now! Highly recommend! We are pretty sure the cats are looking for her around the house! :) "

"I could not have asked for a better house sitter during my recent trip to the States! From beginning to end, everything was handled with such care and attention. With two dogs who tend to get anxious and stressed when I’m away, it was such a relief to come home to them calm, happy, and relaxed — a clear sign they were truly well cared for.
What really stood out was how accommodating and thoughtful Santiago was throughout the entire stay. Even as I adjusted plans and preferences, he went out of his way to keep me updated, respond quickly, and ensure both my dogs and home felt safe and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who treats your space and pets like their own, and Santiago truly exceeded all my expectations.

"Our cat Milo stayed with Carina for a couple of nights, and here’s our honest review! Carina has been an amazing sitter- super bubbly, friendly, and funny! We could instantly tell how much she genuinely cares about Milo. "Valeria looked after our dog and cat for a long weekend and we found her to be extremely caring and attentive to both our animals especially our dog who can be a little tricky! From our first meeting she gave us complete confidence that the animals would be well looked after and kept to their usual routine. Throughout the weekend Valeria sent us photos, videos and updates which was very reassuring. Valeria is kind, caring and completely trustworthy. When we arrived home it was clear that the animals were very content, not stressed, and had obviously enjoyed Valeria's company. She left the house in immaculate condition which was a lovely bonus! I would not hesitate to ask Valeria another time and I could not recommend her more highly. "

"We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you."
