"Simon is fabulous, he took great care of our six dogs and our home. When we came back the house was spotless. And more importantly, he followed all of our instructions including watching our dogs eat to make sure they didn’t choke and keeping the house safe with the alarm system and he also walked two dogs a day separately as requested to ensure their safety around off lead big dogs and other unexpected things. He updated us often (every day which was very appreciated) and was always to the point and clear and reassuring which was appreciated during our busy holidays. Simon’s attention to detail is brilliant and, saying this as someone who used to be an experienced pet sitter myself, you will struggle to find someone as good as him! "

"Joseph is a charming and pleasant young man and we have been delighted in the manner in which he has looked after our pets while we have been away on holiday. Joseph soon built up a relationship with Dexter & Chandler and has prepared their food in the manner we do and has taken them out on regular walks and even bathed them when then came back from a particular walk rather muddy! He has proved ultra reliant and we are sure that they have enjoyed being cared for by Joseph.
We arrived home to an extremely clean house that he had obviously looked after and respected. Regular updates and photographs were sent by Joseph and we felt reassured and comforted to know our little treasures were happy and being extremely well cared for and happy in our absence. We would not hesitate using Joseph again and would highly recommend his excellent service to anyone looking for a responsible sitter.

"Katie & Liv have walked Roly a few times and they've always been really accommodating, communicative, and reliable - but more so than that, I've always felt genuine excitement to see Roly. I knew he would be in safe hands if they came to sit - and so I booked a week in with them whilst I went abroad. They have been brilliant. They didn't judge the massive note I left, and took it all in - messaging with any questions. They followed his routine carefully. They were in contact several times a day every day with photos and updates. It meant that I could totally relax and enjoy my holiday, knowing exactly what was going on & that he was being cared for. When he was off his breakfast (as he sometimes is), they were in touch to let me know, but knew exactly what to do (because they'd studied the note!). Liv & Katie have really grown to love Roly, and that means a lot to me. They're already booked in for more walks and sits with him - and I will absolutely be continuing the relationship with them. The icing on the cake is that Katie loves to clean and so I came back to a house cleaner than I left it 😂 thanks, superstars! "

"I recently had an excellent experience with a dog sitter who took care of my two dogs. I felt confident that they were in good hands.
The sitter was incredibly attentive and ensured that all of my dogs' needs were met. They provided regular updates with photos and videos, which reassured me that my pets were happy and well cared for.
Both of my dogs seemed very comfortable and content during their stay. When I got home, they were in great spirits and had clearly enjoyed their time. I highly recommend Leah to anyone looking for reliable and loving care for their pets."

"Jasmin took great care of our 7-year-old dog. She stayed in our home overnight to look after him while we were away. She was overall very gentle with him and kept the house very tidy and clean as well!
Communication was easy, with chats and answers to any concerns along with photo and video updates.
Our dog seemed to be very comfortable with Jasmin as he showed no signs of uneasiness and had no change in his eating habits, despite having separation anxiety in his previous experience with pet sitters.
Our dog tends to be feisty, hyper and unfriendly with other animals. Jasmin seemed to have handled this well since there are a lot of dogs in our building and on our street. She was even quick to carry him during a run-in with an aggressive dog.
We left some special instructions regarding things to avoid because of our dog's previous health issues and Jasmin was happy to follow them.
She also took the time to clean a bit around his eyes after asking us if it was okay.
We were very pleased with Jasmin and would definitely book her again for our next vacation.

"Evie and her partner were wonderful sitters. We were worried about leaving Lilly our anxious labrador on her own for the first time but needn't have been. Evie played with her, took her out for walks and even on a little trip to a local nature park. When we had to come home early in the middle of the night, Evie very kindly waited up for us and made sure Lilly was ok before saying goodbye. A very tired and happy labrador has tobe the perfect sign of a good sitting."

"First time leaving my boy and can honestly say I was put at ease at the meet and greet. Leyonda was lovely and very knowledgeable and Bo took to her straight away. While I was away I was given regular updates, photos and videos which made it so much easier to enjoy my stay, came back to a very clean if not cleaner and tidy house, would definitely recommend."
