"Ildiko was the sweetest catsitter! She stayed in our flat and took care of our cat while we were away. She sent us photos of our cat everyday and stayed in touch if she had any questions. She connected very well with our cat, she fed her and played with her everyday and they enjoyed their time together! when we came back from holidays Matisse was very calm and happy :). We are looking forward to have Ildiko again in the near future! Xx"

"Gintare took such great care of our cat, as she always did since we moved here to London.
This is an incredibly sad review that we have to leave but we are soooooo very very grateful for Gintare. Gintare was the last pet sitter who stayed with our 🐈 Baby. She 🐈 was such a large part of our hearts and our family. Gintare is one of the kindest people we have met here, always making us feel comfortable and confident that leaving our pets with her was NEVER a source or stress or worry.
We recently had to say goodbye to our cat 🐈 , it has been heartbreaking and hard to move on from. We recently received a heartwarming card and flowers form Gintare. These are the types of things that G had done for us throughout the time we have known her and we have great appreciation for her. Not only have we lost our pet but we have lost a great connection in G as well. We hope that we will be in contact soon, maybe after we heal and we hope you will be part of our next pet’s life. Thank you for everything you have done for us and our family."

"We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you."

"Sophie has been a great dog-sitter for our two dogs (a Jack Russel Terrier and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier). Sophie has been with them for 10 days and when we came back we find them very good and happy. "Julie looked after our two cats for a week and we couldn’t have had a better experience! From the initial contact we knew we were in good hands; excellent communication, knowledgable and honest. Julie took such good care of our cats and house and provided regular updates and photo’s. One of our cats is very anxious around strangers but Julie made extra effort with him and managed to make him comfortable, she is now one of only a few people he will purr and lounge with! 10/10 recommend Julie a wonderful cat sitter! "Our dog Kojak was in love with Lydia from the moment they met and he is very particular about who he will go to. Felt very happy leaving him and our cat Jib in her care while we were on holiday for two weeks and she was great at updating us with pics of her with the pets. It was lovely to relax while we were away knowing that they were happy in her care. Everything was ship shape on our return and we would very much like to use her again in the future. "

"Anna stayed at my home and looked after my cat for 10 days. I found Anna to be really trustworthy. She contacted me daily with updates and wasn’t scared to seek clarification on things (which I found reassuring). I came home to find both cat and home as I left them - which is precisely what I wanted! My cat had clearly been cared for in her own environment- so I wasn’t met by a sulky cat! I would definitely use Anna again as her rates are very competitive and my cat is able to stay in her own territory while I’m away."
