Hi! My name is Jacyn and I am currently a fourth year vet student from studying at Edinburgh.

I have been volunteering in animal shelters since young and have done >20 weeks of placements at clinics, farms, boarding facilities and shelters since university. I had 2 cockatiels growing up and have pet sit for many of my friends as well.

Hence, I have experience on how to safely approach and handle animals of different temperament and is familiar with administering medication (topical, oral, injections), subcutaneous fluids and working with specialised diets.

I highly value the safety and wellbeing of your furry friend and understand importance in remaining constantly attentive to ensure that your pet always feel comfortable, happy and healthy.

I am keen to learn each animals personalised needs and can guarantee that they will receive lots of cuddles, love and affection.

I am happy to help with watering plants and collecting mail and will assure your house will be clean and taken care of.

I find caring for animals highly rewarding making pet sitting a perfect part time job in earning some money as a student.

I strongly believe in communication and trust and will provide lots of photos and updates of your pets after each visit as your pets wellbeing will be my top priority.
