Hello! My name is Swang :) I'm 24, grown up in London and currently working at Great Ormond Street as a research scientist for childhood diseases.

I am a big animal lover! From spending time with animals on my grandparents' farm to owning hamsters, birds and bees (!) and looking after my friends' cats and guinea pigs for extended periods, I am very comfortable with providing pets the care, companionship and love they need to thrive. I also have 2 years of professional experience caring for and handling animals diligently, confidently and ethically. This includes assessing for discomfort, anxiety or pain. As I am currently unable to have a pet of my own, I really miss having an animal friend and I'd love to take advantage of my free time to get involved in animal care through pet-sitting. 

My job is full-time but relatively flexible, allowing me to work around pet caring responsibilities. I have done house visits and house sits with both indoor and outdoor cats, including feeding tailored diets, grooming, stimulating play time and, of course, plenty of cuddles! I also ensure homes are kept clean, secure and well maintained. I have walked friends' dogs casually and keen to do this more regularly on weekends and evenings.

I am dedicated to providing reliable communication throughout and regularly sending pictures/updates during their stay so that you are completely at ease while away.
