"Karen was absolutely wonderful looking after my cat Milo! 🐾 She was always quick to respond, very kind and reliable, and followed all the instructions I gave her perfectly. She spent extra time with Milo, making sure he felt happy and cared for, and kept me updated with lots of lovely pictures and messages that gave me real peace of mind while I was away. "Sophie is the most fantastic cat sitter ever! I would give even more stars if it were possible!
She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was wonderfully engaged in the pre meet phase and even kindly came to see us twice and was really careful and understanding about our pet's needs.
She was very easy to communicate with and to work with. This was a special booking as it was at my mother's house and Sophie was wonderfully flexible in working with both of us and extremely proactively!
Her care of Kimchi was simply outstanding, she clearly truly loves animals and genuinely enjoys befriending them. She played with her every visit and she impressively won Kimchi's trust - which can be very difficult! Kimchi came to greet her on a daily basis and looked forward to a new game Sophie introduced with her. Kimchi will miss her visits with Sophie very much and will very much look forward to the next time myself and my mother are unable to look after her so she can be with Sophie again!
I felt totally at ease and genuinely looked forward to my regular text updates which were funny and sweet!
Thank you so much Sophie for the absolute wonderful care you took of Kimchi, it really made my holiday enjoyable knowing how happy my cat was. I couldn't recommend Sophie anymore. I will 100% be contacting her in future for other visits.

"I cannot praise Portia enough .
This is the first time we used a pet sitter after a our cat was distressed when we left him to a cattery the previous year.
It worked really well ,Stevie was able to stay in his own home and Portia couldn't have looked after him any better.
She is an animal lover and she gave Stevie all the care and attention he needed ,going over and above the call of duty many times.

"Tom was the best decision we made to look after our elderly cat. He went above and beyond what we expected, spending time with our cat and giving her a daily brush…and not only that he spotted and dealt with a plumbing issue whilst we were away. "Pooja took great care of our two cats while we were away, including cleaning up after them when they were sick. She sent updates every time she visited, including pictures and videos, and obviously enjoyed hanging out with the cats and giving them attention as well as just feeding them. Pooja was proactive in ensuring the cats were comfortable during the heatwave while we were away, and did extra things like putting out the bins and watering the plants for us. I'd definitely get her to catsit for us again."

"We can’t thank Beata enough for looking after our cats whilst we were away for a week, it’s great to return home to 2 very happy cats!
Communication was brilliant and the daily updates with photos and videos are great to know the cats are ok. She was also happy to help with a couple of other things in the house for us as well.
We have used Beata a few times now and will most definitely continue to use her in the future, she’s absolutely brilliant with the cats and spends a good amount of time with them. You can tell they have been well looked after when they don’t seem to notice you have been away 😂
