"Natalia looked after my cat while I was on holiday. She was brilliant - gave me daily updates with photos and info on how my cat was each time she visited. Lily (the cat) definitely warmed up to her which was great to hear as she can be a bit nervous of new people! I came back home to a very happy cat. "We were SO lucky to find Natalia a few days before Christmas to look after our lovely cat for a week. Natalia went above and beyond what we ever expected for a cat sitter and we couldn’t be happier! Natalia absolutely loves animals and growing her pet sitting business is her passion so we knew Pippin was in very safe hands! Natalia provided daily updates and photos, and even offered to buy some extra food when the stock was looking low. Pip managed to knock over our Christmas tree on the first day (of course!) and Natalia put it back up and made sure no broken baubles we’re around. She understood everything that Pip needed and looked after her so well- she even left Pip a very kind and unexpected Christmas gift of new toys which she is now obsessed with! We will 100% be using Natalia’s services again and I’m sure Pip can’t wait to see her again too!! Thank you so much Natalia! "

"I just realised I forgot to leave a review till now, Gigi took care of our cat back in November and I would strongly recommend her: communication was perfect, she has been so helpful and it's been so convenient to pass on the keys as well. Then Gigi provided us with pictures and videos of Duke during all the stay, and Duke really seemed so reassured. He's always a bit stressed for a few days after when we are away, and this time was the more relaxed he's ever been when would be away. So reassuring. Thanks Gigi for taking such good care of Duke."

"I personally board rats for other people but finding someone to look after my girls was going to be hard, but Jen looked after my girls so well last time we went away that using her again was a no brainer.
I got regular photos and updates, clear communication at all times whilst we were away and I enjoyed my holiday a lot more knowing that my girls were safe with Jen.
We have two new babies who are so small but must have human contact to keep their confidence up and Jen made sure of that, she also made sure my old lady rat was kept an eye on too.
We are away again in September and I have no hesitation in asking Jen again to care for my girls.

"I cannot recommend Dunia highly enough. My cat has special needs, as he hasn't got many teeth and needs to be fed little and often, so a feeder has to be set up for during the day. Also he is now an indoor cat requiring a litter tray, ( following an incident,) So a lot of extra work involved. Not only did Dunia do an amazing job looking after Toby, but she also went beyond the call of duty, watering the plants, putting the bins out, putting lights on and off, and swept any litter Toby scattered. All his bowels were cleaned, including the surfaces. I will not hesitate to use Dunia again. "
