We were impressed at the 'meet and greet' by her sensible approach and could tell she was familiar with looking after animals. Aline fed and walked the dog as promised. "We felt confident about leaving Molly and Rosie, our two elderly cats, in Karen's care whilst we were away - super important to us as Molly's on meds for a heart condition meaning we don't get away together often. Karen was competent, kindly and brilliant, making sure Molly got her doses and giving us daily updates on her visits. Result? We had a relaxing break and found the girls all fine and chilled when we got back - thanks Karen! "
