"Sophie is the most fantastic cat sitter ever! I would give even more stars if it were possible!
She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was wonderfully engaged in the pre meet phase and even kindly came to see us twice and was really careful and understanding about our pet's needs.
She was very easy to communicate with and to work with. This was a special booking as it was at my mother's house and Sophie was wonderfully flexible in working with both of us and extremely proactively!
Her care of Kimchi was simply outstanding, she clearly truly loves animals and genuinely enjoys befriending them. She played with her every visit and she impressively won Kimchi's trust - which can be very difficult! Kimchi came to greet her on a daily basis and looked forward to a new game Sophie introduced with her. Kimchi will miss her visits with Sophie very much and will very much look forward to the next time myself and my mother are unable to look after her so she can be with Sophie again!
I felt totally at ease and genuinely looked forward to my regular text updates which were funny and sweet!
Thank you so much Sophie for the absolute wonderful care you took of Kimchi, it really made my holiday enjoyable knowing how happy my cat was. I couldn't recommend Sophie anymore. I will 100% be contacting her in future for other visits.

"Jane cared for our two cats so well. When we arrived home the cats were happy and relaxed which was amazing given one of them is a highly needy indoor cat. We received pictures and notes to update us and felt comfortable from the moment we met Jane. Jane is definitely a 5 star sitter! Thank you!"

"Tasha was absolutely fantastic with our cats! Despite their shyness, one of them was curled up on her lap on the first day. It's evident she has a true passion for pets. "Sandy took great care of our two cats during our two week holiday. Prior to cat-sitting, Sandy took time to meet and find out about the cats and their routines, which filled us with confidence. It was lovely to receive updates and photos while we were away. On our return, it was clear that the cats had been well looked after and their litter tray and feeding area had been cleaned regularly. Sandy was trustworthy, friendly and clearly loves animals. We would definitely use her again. "

"I am so grateful to have found someone I can trust to look after my two cats when I am away. Kathy is not only diligent in her care but also kept me up to date with when she was visiting, how my cats were eating and behaving and interacted with them so they had some play time. "Sophie looked after our two cats for us while we were away and did a wonderful job making sure they had everything they needed. She was very well organised when we met to discuss the pet-sitting, taking care to understand everything that needed to be done and their specific dietary requirements etc. She’s also a great communicator and ensured we received detailed updates and photos while we were travelling.
It’s great to know that we don’t need to worry about our cats when they have Sophie to take care of them.

"We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings. "Ada has been absolutely fantastic. Our boy is a recently adopted, senior cat who is quite stuck in his ways. We were concerned how he would be, as he's previously not enjoyed catteries or being boarded with a sitter and in general can be very timid of new people, but he adored Ada! He would happily give her cuddles and play. Each day, Ada would send us a little snapshot of his energy levels and appetite, along with photos. It was wonderful to see how happy he was whilst we were gone. We would hire Ada again without hesitation!"

"Where do I begin. This is the first time we have left both are cats Phoebe and Joey for two weeks. We were a little anxious but after meeting Isabel chatting with her and getting to know her we could clearly see that she was genuine and compassionate to the needs of the cats. Isabel in my opinion went above and beyond and both Phoebe and Joey enjoyed her twice daily visits. Ring camera was evidence of this. Isabel would often stay longer than the agreed time and made sure that Phoebe had Joey wanted for nothing before leaving. All I can say is a VERY BIG THANK YOU! I would most definitely recommend Isabel to anyone who needs a fair priced and honest compassionate animal sitter/feeder!"
