"Frances was amazing with my nervous german shepherd. This was the first time Ive ever tried a dog sitter and Frances was really nice at our intro. She took lots of photos and provided updates in her check ins and followed the instructions that I gave.

"my first time using this service as my cat sitter moved. I liked Nova when I met her and my cat also seemed to like her too. After a week of daily visits he was snuggled up next to her on the sofa! The daily updates and photo put my mind at ease and I didn't feel as guilty for leaving him. I hope to book Nova again for a couple of breaks I have planned."

"Alexandra was brilliant and I was really happy with the service. We had a meet and greet before hand to make sure she and Norman were okay with each other and to discuss all his requirements. Each visit was just when she said it would be, she was very reliable and communicated brilliantly with me throughout, even sending photos of Norman out on his walks for my peace of mind.
