I take time to understand each pet’s personality — whether they are energetic and playful, quiet and cautious, or somewhere in between — and adapt my approach accordingly. Some dogs benefit from gentle encouragement and structure, while others thrive with enrichment, sniffing time and calm interaction.
I am confident in handling unexpected situations and always prioritise a pet’s wellbeing. In the event of illness, injury or an emergency, I follow owners’ instructions carefully, act calmly, and seek veterinary advice where needed. Clear communication is very important to me, and I make sure owners are kept informed and reassured at all times.
I am reliable, patient and attentive, and I aim to provide care that gives owners complete peace of mind while they are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and work hard to ensure each experience is positive and stress-free.
For the safety of all animals in my care, I only accept vaccinated pets when required and always closely follow established routines and guidance.&nbsp;


I grew up around animals. My family had cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits and even turkeys, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I genuinely enjoy walking and spending time outdoors, so I don’t rush walks and focus on keeping pets calm and comfortable. I’m a calm, kind and very responsible person. As a mum of a toddler, I’m used to being patient, attentive and always aware of safety. 
I don’t take on too many dogs at once, so each pet gets proper attention. You can rely on me to be careful, consistent and easy to communicate with.
I’m always easy to reach while your pet is with me, and I’m happy to send updates and photos so you feel reassured.
I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. I will always treat your pet with care, respect and attention to their individual needs.





I’m a reliable, caring, and genuine animal lover with two dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. Spending time with animals is something I truly enjoy, and I love getting outdoors for walks while making sure dogs feel safe, happy, and comfortable in my care. I offer flexible dog walking services tailored to your dog’s individual needs, whether they prefer solo walks, group walks, slower paced walks, or extra playtime and attention.

I also provide home drop-in visits, which are ideal for feeding, companionship, toilet breaks, playtime, or simply checking in while you’re at work, away for the day, or on holiday. I’m confident with different breeds, temperaments, ages, and routines, including nervous or energetic dogs, and I always follow owners’ instructions carefully. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness will always be my priority, and I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I’m also happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand to ensure the right fit for both you and your pet.

My name's Rachel. My husband and I have lived in Chorley for 5 years. I've always loved cats and I'm the owner of 2 spoilt and lovable British Short-hairs, Blossom and Cloud.&nbsp;
I work part-time as a nurse in the community, mainly looking after people with epilepsy, autism and learning disabilities.&nbsp;
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, hiking, gardening, knitting, travel and playing the saxophone . I volunteer on the Canal Towpath Team taking care of our lovely local canal. I also volunteer with a local food waste organisation.&nbsp;
I'm responsible, reliable and honest and will treat your home and cats with the care and respect I would treat my own. I'm thorough with everything i do and will be happy to feed, water, change the litter, play with and snuggle your cats and administer medication if necessary. I understand it can be a worry to leave your cats but you can rest assured they will be in the best possible care and I will keep you updated with photos and videos each day of how your cats are doing.
