Hi I'm Janet. I'm a dog lover, dog owner, Dog Trainer &amp; Mantrailing Instructor (group scent sport classes)
Last year I gave up my "day job" to dedicate to my newly launched business as a Dog Trainer &amp; Mantrailing Instructor after working both full time and building the business for a year. I have time during the daytime to help more dogs by offering solo walks - ideal for nervous dogs, reactive dogs, or just for those who want their dog to have the walker's full attention. I have a lot of experience with nervous dogs, reactive dogs, dogs with special needs and puppies. 
I have my own dog, and multiple dog training clients most days, so I don't offer boarding or dog sitting in my home, but I'm happy to travel to your home to drop in on your pet while you're out, or take them for a walk.

I’m a reliable and caring person who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals, and I’m now offering help with local pet sitting. I have a 17-year-old cat called Marmalade, so I fully understand the routines, quirks and gentle patience that pets often need, especially as they get older. I’m also really interested in meeting more local cats and dogs, as I find their company relaxing, entertaining and genuinely rewarding.

While I’m new to pet sitting, I’m very familiar with the responsibilities involved in welcoming someone into your home. Over the past six years, I’ve hosted more than 40 house sitters myself, which has given me a strong appreciation for trust, good communication and respecting someone’s space. I value clear expectations and regular updates, and I’ll bring that same level of care when looking after your pets.

I’m happy to look after both cats and dogs and can offer drop-in visits rather than overnight stays. I’m comfortable following your instructions and will keep you updated with photos or videos so you always feel reassured while you’re away.

I cover Salford and Manchester. I work full time during the day but can usually offer early morning or evening check-ins throughout the week, as well as more flexible times at weekends. While caring for your pets, I’m also happy to bring in mail, water plants or take out bins if needed.

You can count on me to be attentive, trustworthy and genuinely dedicated to keeping your pets happy and comfortable.

Hi there! I've had the joy of caring for dogs since I was 10 years old, and dogs have been an essential part of my life ever since. From playful pups to calm seniors, I love them all-regardless of size or breed! Currently, while I'm at university, I miss my three dogs who are at home with my family-a pug, a Shih Tzu, and a miniature dachshund-each with their own charming personality. I've also cared for larger dogs, including a Labrador and an English Foxhound, and have experience looking after both puppies and senior dogs.
I believe in keeping dogs mentally engaged, whether through hide-and-seek games with treats, trips to the local park (just a 5-minute walk away), or simply showering a senior dog with all the cuddles and attention they deserve. I tailor my care to meet each dog's individual needs, whether they're playful or prefer a calm, cozy environment.&nbsp;
