"Jax looked after my cats super well! I returned home and found that they hadn’t lost any weight, they were super content and happy, with clean toilets and asking for cuddles as usual. She took the time to give them lots of attention, be patient with the shy one in getting him to trust her and eat aswell as making sure their water was topped up. I appreciated that Jax was happy to hear about their individual quirks and was flexible in her approach towards my two very different cats! Would definitely recommend booking her to take care of your pets while you’re away- her communication was great and her messages really put me at ease knowing they were being looked after well. Thank you Jax! X"

"This was our first time leaving our cat
Lucy for around 10 days and we were extremely grateful we found Giulia to take care of Lucy. She was amazing, she ensured our cat was well feed, entertained and comfortable, communicating and sending updates every day while we were abroad. Despite Lucy have character, Giulia never gave up and approached in such manner to our cat to gain her trust that we were impressed.
