"Pui Ki helped me out at very, very short notice, and I greatly appreciate her help.
Pui Ki is excellent, making a prior visit to collect my keys and to meet my family of what are three quite bashful cats.
Despite not being the most demonstrative family of cats, my best girl Congo, the mother cat, came out to say hello to Pui Ki, which is the best endorsement that can be bestowed on Pui Ki.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Pui Ki and I will definitely book her again when the time comes."

"Mark is a lovely man whom is a great communicator throughout , he is very understanding & was respectful in all areas. He took fabulous care of our two not so affectionate or people friendly cats who are quite feral at times especially around strangers for 4 days twice a day. I would absolutely recommend Mark and re use Mark again ourselves should his calendar be available !! "

"Mei is wonderful to work with and very friendly and communicative. She took lots of notes during our intro chat and was really diligent in following any specific needs of the cats. She sent us pictures of the cats every day - when we got back the cats were happy and relaxed. Definitely recommend. "
