"Contacted Laurie for the first time to check in on our cat over Christmas. She was very thorough and professional in arranging a meeting, key handover and ensuring instructions were understood. It helped that she has her own cats so she knew how to act around our shy moggy and what she needed while we were away. I get nervous leaving my cat, but knowing that Laurie was looking after her and sending updates was reassuring. :) 10/10 pet sitter!"

"I cannot recommend Lynsey highly enough. She recently looked after my five cats while I was away, and I was delighted with the care and attention she gave them. One of my cats usually becomes very distressed when I am away, often pining, eating poorly and losing weight. This time was completely different. Thanks to Lynsey's calm, caring approach, all of my cats were relaxed, well cared for and happy when I returned home. It was such a relief to know they were in such capable hands. Lynsey clearly loves animals and took the time to understand each of my cats' individual personalities and needs. She kept me updated, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Finding someone you can trust with your pets is invaluable, and I would not hesitate to use Lynsey again in the future. An outstanding cat sitter and a genuinely lovely person. "

"Elin is very reliable. Communication prior to the booking was great and she came to visit us for a meet and greet and was eager to get to know our puppy and make sure she was comfortable before booking. She was great with the puppy and very respectful in our home. You can tell she genuinely loves taking care of animals and is very knowledgeable about dogs. We are very happy with Elin and would definitely book her again!"

"This was my third booking with James and once again he was absolutely fantastic. He looked after my elderly cat Jimi and my two bunnies with such genuine care and attention. It’s always a huge relief knowing they’re in safe hands while I’m away. James takes the time to get to know each of their needs, especially important for Jimi who’s an older boy and needs a bit of extra TLC. I always come home to happy, relaxed pets and updates that give me complete peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone looking for a kind, reliable and knowledgeable pet carer. "Patsi was great with the dogs , there was an issue with the door lock , she could have left the front door unlocked , but she didn’t she stayed at the house until my partner got home absolutely marvellous of her to do that "
