"We were quite worried as our holiday was fast approaching and we still hadn’t managed to find a sitter for our two cats. However, from the moment I first contacted Andrew, those worries quickly disappeared. He truly went above and beyond to make the arrangements work around the dates we needed, despite already having a busy schedule.
His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made sure we were able to meet before our holiday. While we were away, he kept us regularly updated with messages and photos, which gave us complete reassurance that our cats were happy, safe and well cared for.
Thanks to Andrew, we were able to enjoy our holiday with complete peace of mind. There is absolutely no question that we will be booking him well in advance for all our future trips (availability permitting!).

"We went away for the weekend and had Lucia look after our little kitty, Lucky. It was our first time leaving him, so we were a bit nervous — but Lucia was absolutely outstanding!
