Mia, who can be quite selective with her affection, warmed up to Olga immediately, and they developed a lovely bond. This peace of mind knowing Mia was in good hands was invaluable.
Moreover, Olga's attention to detail was impressive. She not only took care of Mia's basic needs but also spent quality time with her, ensuring she felt loved and cared for in my absence. Her respectful handling of my home and adherence to all the care instructions provided was commendable.

"Ada has been absolutely fantastic. Our boy is a recently adopted, senior cat who is quite stuck in his ways. We were concerned how he would be, as he's previously not enjoyed catteries or being boarded with a sitter and in general can be very timid of new people, but he adored Ada! He would happily give her cuddles and play. Each day, Ada would send us a little snapshot of his energy levels and appetite, along with photos. It was wonderful to see how happy he was whilst we were gone. We would hire Ada again without hesitation!"
