We received photos, video and updates whilst we were away, so we could feel completely relaxed knowing the cats are happy and well looked after. "This was our second time using Claire to look after our cat Bob while we were away and just like before Claire was amazing. She kept us informed on Bob and sent us adorable photos of him. "Natalia was professional and caring from start to finish. My partner and I have two cats - - a very shy old boy and young, rambunctious kitten - - and we needed to leave with a cat sitter for the first time (previously we have left with family). We chose Natalia as she has great reviews. She was very available for a meet and greet, showed up promptly, and when showing her around the house, she asked great questions that showed she was a seasoned professional and was really thinking how to take good care of the cats. Every time we were in contact, both before and during our holiday, she was incredibly quick to respond and always so kind and professional. We were crazy paranoid about the cats escaping when she came into the house each day, and she totally understood our fears and had great ideas of how to keep that from happening. It gave us lots of comfort! During our trip, she sent pictures and updates every day as we had requested, and she clearly was making our cats very happy. Even our very shy cat enjoyed cuddles from Natalia, a sign that she is a true, patient animal lover. Our house was as clean as we left it when we returned and our boys clearly very happy with the week they'd had. Natalia was our first cat sitter we have ever used and no doubt she will be our go-to for every holiday going forward! I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter with a heart for animals."

"This was our first experience of a pet sitter and we couldn’t be happier! Hanna gave loads of great advice before we left and she popped in to meet the cats and see our setup. While we were away Hanna sent daily updates and our cats looked very happy and made friends with Hanna quickly. She played with them every time she visited. When we got back the cats were looking very sleek and happy. The area they had been in in the house was spotless! Thanks so much Hanna. It was a great comfort to know they were in such safe hands. "

"This is the first time I used a cat sitter and hoped everything goes well. To be honest i felt I was very lucky to have found Nicola to home visit my 3 cats for a week whilst i was away. I booked Nicola for 2 home visits a day. Nicola made a note on each cat, kept me updated every day, took photos and sent me them. She is reliable and promising. I would definitely book her again in the future. I cannot thank her enough for taking care of my girls as my cats were happy, well fed and taken care of in my absence. "Five stars all the way for Amy! We had great communication before, during and after our sitting booking. Amy knew how to gently introduce herself to the cats and gain their trust on her first meeting with them. We received messages,pictures and videos from Amy while we were away and even an unexpected 'gift' in the guise of a dead rat was dealt with swiftly and calmly by Amy. As any true cat-lover knows: "cats gonna cat", so we have to take these offerings as a compliment, which I hope she did! I have no hesitation in recommending Amy to anyone needing a local cat-sitter. We will definitely ask Amy to sit for us again... only hope we don't have to wait another 3 years for our next holiday! Thanks again Amy."

"Pam was fantastic in looking after all our pets and I would recommend her highly! From the moment I met her, and she met our pets, I knew that our 2 cats and 2 rabbits would be looked after well. Pam is quick in her correspondence and punctual for all our meetings which helped with ensuring smooth organisation (helpful when you're focussing on your holiday plans!). She sent us regular updates and photos of our pets, which meant that I could rest assured that they were looked after well, and could enjoy our holiday. She even got our shyest cat to come out and say hello, and that our house rabbits didn't turn the whole place into their hatch (a small miracle as they've always managed to create a huge mess!). Would definitely use her again in the future, and recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter."

"Highly recommend Gemma for pet services. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable to leave my house cat whilst on holiday! Gemma is not only communicative, organised and efficient, but she really cares to ensure that the animals emotional welfare comes first. Gemma spent more time than expected giving my cat company. Gemma also fed fish and drew blinds/ turned lights on & off andddd left me with a clean litter tray. I’m so grateful! "

"David gave a great service for a friend's dog who was staying with me.
We booked ahead, being new to the system he guided me through, kept in touch before the date. He had an immediate rapport with Agnes when he met her, gave us updates about arrival, activity etc and Agnes was very happy when we came home.
Highly recommend. Would rebook if need a sitter."
