"I can't even begin to describe how thankful and grateful we are. Bea was absolutely amazing in looking after Boo and Freud with love and care as if they were her own cats. She kept us updated with everything and sent regular photos. When our two cats showed signs of an upset stomach Bea was fantastic in handling the situation and very communicative. As this was the third time this summer our cats showed this issue I was panicking and was ready to fly back home early, but with Bea's care and genuine assurances I quickly relaxed and enjoyed the rest of my holiday knowing they were in safe hands!! Thanks so much 🙏🙏"

"Aline visited our dog twice and sent us an update and photo on the first occasion, which was reassuring. We were impressed at the 'meet and greet' by her sensible approach and could tell she was familiar with looking after animals. Aline fed and walked the dog as promised. We hope to book Aline again in the future."

"Rebecca was great to communicate with in advance of my booking. She visited in advance of the first visit and was a pro with my two dogs, a 12 week old puppy and an 18month old dog. Rebecca entertained my dogs and fed them for me while I was out and she provided excellent feedback following the visit, putting my mind at ease that all was good while I was away. I will definitely book Rebecca again to visit my dogs."

"Yasmin was a conscientious, considerate, knowledgeable and reliable cat sitter. Our cat is not the easiest feline, but Yasmin very quickly demonstrated her knowledge of rescue cats on medication, and was clearly able to establish a rapport with him. She asked the right questions beforehand and during the cat sitting and adapted to his vagaries. We felt very reassured with updates and photos from each visit, and knowing he was in good hands. She also went the extra mile (bringing in our collected bins, etc). We can highly recommend Yasmin, and will certainly use her again."

"Mary did such a good job cat sitting! She was very easy to communicate with and looked after our cat, Jax, multiple times for both short and long periods while we were away. Updating us with pics everyday so we knew he was okay really helped put us at ease during our holiday.
Mary was always punctual and listened to our cats needs so we were sure to come home to a healthy happy kitty.
Would definitely hire again to look after our cat, I have nothing but praise and gratitude! 😊"

"Hope did a superb job with our cat Misty. She helped us over Christmas when I thought it would be hard to find someone available. She sent daily update videos of our cat and I could see that Misty was very happy to see her. Our house is not looking its best at the moment but Hope was very kind and understanding and just got the job done. Hope is an excellent communicator and also very capable. I definitely recommend her!"

"I can't recommend Jillian enough! She was so lovely from the very first contact. I felt completely relaxed when I met her, and I was able to enjoy my time away knowing my guinea pigs were being so well looked after.
She came to my home once a day to clean and feed them, and she also sent regular updates and photos. When I got back, my piggies were happy, healthy, and their enclosure was spotless.
Everything was perfect, and I really hope she's available next time I go away.

"Sabrina cared for our three cats while we were away and she was amazing! While we were on holidays she came in twice a day to feed and play with our fur-babies. What we loved about Sabrina is that she took the time to play with and get to know our cats, sending us photos and was excited when she finally was able to scratch our very timid boy (who doesn’t like anyone!). Highly recommend Sabrina, she is not a rush in and rush out type of sitter, was able to change litter, give medications, change water, looked after our plants and even put the rubbish out! "I would 100% recommend Nga Man as a pet sitter. This was the first time I had been away from my pets for two weeks, and she reassured me from the very beginning and followed through the entire time. She stuck to their routine perfectly, including medication, and sent me loads of photos and videos which really put my mind at ease. ✨
She went above and beyond by taking the time to bond with my cats, even accommodating their preference to go outside for a few minutes. My cats are usually very territorial, but they completely opened up to her and I can honestly see that they miss her. So young yet so professional and caring. We’ll definitely be using her again!❣️

"Sarah was great from start to finish. Very lovely, communication was always clear and confirmed anything she needed to double check. Our cat is old and not the easiest to care for with medication and toileting issues and Sarah took it all in her stride. She also watered our plants too. Really helpful! Her partner came with her to the initial chat and he was really lovely too.
I would highly recommend Sarah to look after your furry friends while you are away. "

"Susan was a brilliant pet sitter for our rats. She kept us constantly in the loop with text and photo updates and also took care of our plants. She shifted from evening to morning visits without us even asking in order to best work around our departure and return from holiday. "Rainie went out of her way to make us feel like our pet cat was safe, well-cared for and attended to. We had never used a professional before and she explained her routine in detail, asked us lots of questions and always had the best interests of our pet in mind. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that he was in the hands of someone we could trust. Our cat is quite timid, but over the week Rainie sent us multiple videos and photos of how he had come out of his shell, and ended up very friendly and cuddly with her - it was lovely to see the progression! I would definitely use Rainie's services as a pet sitter again, and am already planning our next trip based on her availability! Thanks again!"
