"Chun Yu looked after our two cats for a fortnight, coming in twice a day. He followed all our care directions exactly, updating us regularly via Whatsapp, and the cats were very comfortable with him. Everything was left clean and well-ordered on our return, and he had even done some additional cleaning after the cats upended some plants! Chun Yu is very professional and a pleasure to deal with and we felt very comfortable trusting him with our cats and house keys whilst we were away. We would use his services again without hesitation, and would recommend him warmly."

"Jane recently looked after my little troop of 5 hens with a home visit each day I was away to clean them out, feed and water them and generally give them some love and attention.
Jane is professional, personable, knowledgeable and experienced on all pet matters. Nothing appears to phase her, she is calm and organised. I had complete peace of mind that my hens were being very well looked after whilst I was away and so I would not hesitate to recommend Jane to anyone else looking for a pet sitter. "

"Lauren took very good care of our 2 cats when we were away for a week. One of our cats has asthma & needs a daily inhaler so we’re always nervous leaving her, Lauren was happy to come over before hand and learn how to use the inhaler! We had regular updates and knowing the cats were happy meant we could relax on our holiday ☺️"

"Lou was excellent. I'd never used a pet sitter/carer before, so I was anxious, but Lou was great, putting my mind at rest in advance and during the time with our animals. The communication and initial visit gave me a lot of confidence Lou would be able to look after our cat and rabbit while we were away for a week. We received regular updates and photos. That helped. Lou navigated our tricky front and back door scenario as well as the house alarm. Perfect. I will 100% use Lou again. "

"Kori is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She loves all animals and after our initial "meet & greet" we felt confident in leaving our cats in her care in our home. She took the time to get to know our 3 cats and kept us up to date with texts after her visit. Nothing was too much trouble for Kori and we felt at ease whilst away from home knowing that the cats were being very well cared for. As pet lovers/owners it is always a worry when you are away from home, but we definitely had nothing to worry about with Kori looking after our cats, and we can't thank her enough. "Emma has done a fantastic job for me! She came to visit me initially and asked lots of questions to make sure she was taking care of the cats effectively.
While I was away she was sending me regular updates and photos of my cats. The cats seemed to really take to her, and she gave them plenty of cuddles and attention!

"Nicky is a completely committed lover of animals, after meeting her initially and also the brilliant care that was taken of my 10 year old indoor cat while I was away for over two weeks, the service was unbeatable.
I was sent messages and videos of my little boy while away, and felt so happy and assured he was in the best possible hands.
I struggled to buy specific treats before leaving and left money for her to hopefully get them, this was carried out without any problem.
When I got home, Nicky turned up at the house to check that I had got home ok and Boris was looked after.
I cannot recommend Nicky highly enough, and will always be thankful of the duty of care which she has for her vocation.
My beautiful boy was looked after and loved by Nicky the entire time.
