"I highly recommend Emily if you need a pet sitter who goes above and beyond to care for animals and is extremely accommodating. We booked Emily to look after our two bouncy guinea pigs, Fred Johnson and Papa, for a week-and-a-half-long trip, and she was absolutely fantastic. She genuinely went beyond as a caretaker. From the very beginning, she was super flexible, popping in for a meet-and-greet to make sure the setup was suitable. She took our document of hyper-specific instructions completely in stride—everything from exactly how to cut their veg to navigating our washing machine dials to clean their grotty pee pads under the hidey! While we were away, she sent lovely daily photo updates, letting us know their poops were cleaned, water was changed, and even noting Fred's "beautiful wheeks." What really stood out, though, was her genuine care and willingness to help out—she even did a Lidl run to pick up extra fresh veggies for the pigs! I had a bit of a tough time toward the end of our trip and went MIA while trying to coordinate the key pick-up with my partner Sam, but Emily was incredibly patient, understanding, and lovely about all the hassle. We were her very first Pawshake clients, and we feel so lucky that we found her. Sam and I extremely recommend Emily to anyone needing a reliable and caring sitter! Thank you Emily!!!!"

"I can wholehearted, unreservedly recommend Cyndee for the care, love and feeding of your pets. My experience is with our cat, but I would wager that Cyndee would do no less well with dogs, rabbits, parrots, and other pets that people might be hesitant to put into the care of a stranger. Cyndee dispels all that hesitation, as she is a bright, conscientious, and interesting young woman with whom I quickly felt comfortable and in whom I progressively had greater and greater confidence. Cyndee communicates extremely well and has a great skill in reporting on details that confirm her effectiveness with animals. I can only say that, when next a pet sitter is needed, I will not even consider asking anyone else. She's a five star carer, easily."

"Kiki looked after my cat Cookie between 25th and 31st May 2025 with 2 home visits per day. Cookie is an older cat who needs oral medication twice per day and can be a fussy eater, especially when I'm not there. Cookie sometimes has abandonment issues when I've been away in the past.
Kiki was brilliant with my cat, making sure her medication was provided, 2 trays kept clean and food/water provided/changed on each visit. Kiki took the time to patiently get to know Cookie and sent me one video towards the end of the week with Cookie purring whilst being clapped!
Kiki provided photos on each visit to show that Cookie was eating very well and was very comfortable while I was away.
I won't hesitate to contact Kiki again when I'm away from my property again. Thank you so much Kiki!"

"Monia looked after our cats for a week, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She was amazing from start to finish, giving our cats plenty of attention, playtime, and affection.
One thing we really appreciated was that she sent us photos and updates every day, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from the pictures that our cats were happy, relaxed, and enjoying her company.

"Andrea took care of my two cats and rabbit while I was away for a long weekend. She sent pictures and the report card with every visit. "Honestly, we couldn't be happier with how well our two cats were looked after! Ashely came by twice a day for five days and was just fantastic. Right from the initial meet-and-greet, I knew cats would be in good hands. She was super communicative the whole time, kept an eye on the house, and kept checking in to see if we needed help with anything else while we were away. You can tell Ash genuinely cares—she didn't just rush in and out to feed them; she actually spent real time playing with them and giving them attention. Will 100% be booking her again next time!"
