"Lowell was an incredible help while my Mum was in hospital. She looked after Mum's two cats with such genuine care and attention that it gave our whole family real peace of mind. Lowell made sure they were fed, comfortable, and given plenty of affection, and kept me updated so we never had to worry. It's clear Lowell truly cares about animals wellbeing. "Charlotte put me straight at ease with leaving my young kitten home with her visits during the day. She was open and communicative. Making the effort to come to meet Nico and understand the house and feeding routines before she had to come for the visits which I really appreciated. Nico is a young kitten still perfecting his litter training and when he had an accident Charlotte was very understanding and helped remind him where his tray was keeping in mind his training and helped clean up without complaint. She sent updates when she visited and put me at ease. I appreciated the photos she sent and felt very comfortable with her looking after Nico. Thank you!"

"Caitlin is caring, knowledgeable and professional. She looked after our pets (indoor cat, parakeet, 2x rabbits, marine fish and a blue and gold macaw) to the instruction and more.
We got regular updates and photos at each visit, which was nice. Caitlin left the house clean and tidy.
The pets were content and happy when we came back after a week. She is very reliable and have already rebooked Caitlin."
