I got regular updates with photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. The cats looked relaxed, happy, and totally themselves in every picture – which says it all.

"We needed a cat sitter on short notice (within 2 days) and Charlotte was able to visit us on the same day of our enquiry. She is friendly, polite, and did a fantastic job of cat sitting our 2 cats while we were away. She sent photos and videos to update us on how our cats were doing. "Bonnie has been absolutely brilliant during our weekend away looking after our cat Mabel. She has been very professional and provided a very personal service while taking care of our pet. Her communication was great and she really showed lots of love and attention and sent us lots of updates while she was visiting our cat. She has been the best cat sitter we have ever used and will certainly be recommending her to others and would definitely ask her to look after Mabel next time we need to!
