Hello! I'm someone who is just hopelessly drawn to the joy and companionship animals bring. I pet sit because I love animals, simple as that haha. I have experience caring for my friends' and family members' pets—mostly cats, but I've watched over dogs too (and thoroughly enjoyed it). I am a local dog walker and pet sitter based in Preston, I hold a pet first aid qualification and a dog walking and pet sitting diploma.&nbsp;
I have 5 animals of my own ranging from dogs, cats and hamsters and have the knowledge of working with all species and breeds of animals.&nbsp;
I want to make sure that your pets get the love, attention and care that is required when you're not around. I offer dog walking and drop in visits to make sure that your pet can have play time and lots of cuddles when you aren't around. They will receive 5star care when with me and you can have updates via messages whenever necessary. With my love for animals I will always make sure your pets get the same level of love I give my own pets.&nbsp;
I offer services for dogs, cats and small animals aswell as birds and fish too.&nbsp;
Dog walks can be half an hour or an hour depending on the age of dog and how much exercise you require them to have. All walks are solo walks unless pets come from the same household to ensure that each dog gets my full attention and care on walks. If a pet became insured in my care I will use my pet first aid qualifications to make sure that the pet is safe until they have been taken to a vet. As the owner you will be contacted straight away if an emergency occurs. Communication to owners will be through WhatsApp or messages or calls if there is an emergency.&nbsp;


I have always loved animals and growing up I always wanted to be a vet. I had hansters and fish when I was young, then we got an orange tabby cat and he was my world. He was the best family pet and we never replaced him. I then would look after friend's and family's animals. I met some wonderful dogs through "Borrow My Doggy"  and gained lots of experience walking dogs and pet sitting them in my own home with some overnight stays thrown in! I enjoy it so much, it's such rewarding work and your pet will be treated as part of our family as we love all animals. Our son who is 16 months old loves dogs. Whenever we see them out on our walks he gets so excited and starts woofing! I have experience with cat sitting as well, looking after friend's cats while they've been away on holiday. Making sure they are clean, have clean litter boxes if they're used, fed, have clean water, are given lots of strokes and scratches under the chin and even cuddles if they let me! To work with your animals is a dream come true, I couldn't think of a better office!&nbsp;
For dog walking, firstly I will arrange a meeting in a park that's good for us both and bring some treats so I can make a new furry friend quickly. Tell me what they like to do on walks, where you usually go, anything I need to be aware of e.g. are they allowed off lead, how is their recall, any breeds or other animals to avoid etc. If I'm cat or small animal/bird sitting, I'll meet you in your home and you can run me through their daily routine so I can keep them as happy as possible and so they can get to know me as well (I'll bring treats!). I'm more than happy to do a couple of meet ups and visits depending on your pet's needs/temperament etc. When you go away please leave me your vet's number, their out of hours number, your emergency contact and, show me how you administer any medication if required.&nbsp;
I will take up to 2 dogs from different households or the same household on walks, walks usually last around 45 mins to an hour, whatever your dog normally prefers and I can do 1-2 walks a day per dog. My favourite places to walk are Farington Park, Worden Park and I can take your dog to Salmsbury Secure Dog Run for an extra fee.&nbsp;
In an emergency I am pet first aid trained so can administer basic first aid if needed. I will keep you up to date on everything to do with your pet when they are left in my care via text or WhatsApp.&nbsp;
I am fully DBS checked, have a full clean UK driving licence, and certified in dog and cat first aid.&nbsp;
Please note: due to having a young child at home all pets must have their up to date vaccinations. Thank you for your understanding.&nbsp;


I grew up around animals. My family had cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits and even turkeys, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I genuinely enjoy walking and spending time outdoors, so I don’t rush walks and focus on keeping pets calm and comfortable. I’m a calm, kind and very responsible person. As a mum of a toddler, I’m used to being patient, attentive and always aware of safety. 
I don’t take on too many dogs at once, so each pet gets proper attention. You can rely on me to be careful, consistent and easy to communicate with.
I’m always easy to reach while your pet is with me, and I’m happy to send updates and photos so you feel reassured.

I'm an animal lover who grew up with both cats and dogs (border collies) and is currently owned by three lazy house cats. I'm available for home drop-ins, here to help you out whether you need someone to care for your pets while you're away or check on them while you're at work. As well as dogs and cats, I'm happy to help with smaller pets, such as rabbits, hamsters, rats, etc. and with a flexible schedule, I can easily fit you into my day or week for one-offs or regular walks/visits.&nbsp;
I typically carry out visits of around 30 minutes each but can offer longer visits if your pet requires a little more time.
I'm sensitive to the needs of every individual animal, whether you have a cat that shys away from people or a dog who needs lots of attention.&nbsp;
I'll drop by for feeding, play time, litter changes, basic grooming (brushing), medication, cuddles or just to make sure your pet is happy while you're gone.&nbsp;
When I'm dropping in to care for your pets, I come and go discreetly too, and I can even help with tasks such as collecting post, turning lights on and off, drawing curtains and watering plants.&nbsp;
Your pets are always in safe hands with me, whether it's a routine visit or I need to respond swiftly to an emergency.
