I’ve always been a huge animal lover and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all personalities and energy levels. Becoming a dog walker and pet sitter felt like a natural step for me, as it allows me to combine that passion with providing a reliable and caring service for pet owners. I offer dog walking and home visits, and I’m happy to tailor my services to suit your pet. Dog walks typically last 30–60 minutes and take place in safe, local outdoor spaces where your dog can explore and enjoy themselves. For home visits, I can stay with your pet, provide feeding, companionship and basic care, as well as help with small tasks such as watering plants and bringing in post.
I am confident administering basic medication if required, and I always prioritise your pet’s comfort and wellbeing. For safety, I only accept vaccinated pets.
My approach is calm, patient and attentive, ensuring your pet feels relaxed, happy and well cared for at all times. 


I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was 10, and over the years, I’ve built strong bonds with pets of all kinds. From puppies to adult dogs and even senior care, I've had the pleasure of looking after a wide variety of breeds. I raised my own Jack Russell Cross, Bella Boo, from puppyhood to 11 years old and cared for my sisters' dogs (Staffie, Rottweiler, Pugs, Chihuahua, Samoyed, and Chihuahua cross). 
I've also cared for my neighbour’s 10 cats, socialising and looking after them regularly. My experience also includes house-sitting for a cat for two weeks, ensuring they were well taken care of in their own space. I truly try to understand the unique needs of every pet and strive to give them the best care.&nbsp;
When caring for pets in their own home, I always make sure to respect the space and follow any instructions closely. I understand how important it is for pets to stay in their familiar environment, and I do everything I can to keep their routine consistent and stress-free.

I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, caring for breeds ranging from tiny Chihuahuas and Beagles to larger, more active breeds like German Shepherds and Polish Lowland Sheepdogs. This has given me a strong understanding of how different breeds — and different personalities — have unique needs, routines and ways of communicating.
I’m patient, careful and very observant. When walking or visiting, I always adjust my pace, approach and activities to the dog I’m with. High-energy dogs get stimulating, structured walks, while more sensitive or anxious dogs get gentle reassurance and a calm environment. Safety is always my priority, from secure lead handling to keeping a close eye on surroundings.
I’m confident with shy, energetic, clingy or independent dogs, and I love building trust at their pace. You can expect regular updates, respectful communication, and genuine care. My goal is always to make your dog feel safe, happy and understood.
I prefer walks, drop ins, and overtime &amp; daytime sittings, always tailoring the routine to each animal. High energy pups get structured, stimulating walks and play times, whilst older pups get structured slow paced care. I'm very safety aware and experienced with lead training, basic commands, and keeping dogs calm in busy areas.
I have also owned plenty of cats, and as of recently have pet sitter for my friend who had cats whilst she was on holiday. I enjoy to give cats their freedom, but be able to be there when they're ready to come out of their shell. I also have an experience with small birds, and I know how and what to feed them and how to safely interact with them.

As a child I had a Labrador from 2007–2019 and I now have a Bengal cat, so I’m very used to high-energy pets and can keep up with long walks and plenty of zoomies. I like to keep fit, so I’m happy to offer walks ranging from 30 minutes up to 2.5–3 hours depending on your dog’s needs. I enjoy playing, keeping animals mentally stimulated, and even inventing new games to keep things fun and engaging.
I pay close attention to each pet’s individual routine, including dietary requirements, exercise levels, and any specific behaviours. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or needs a bit of extra patience, I always adapt my approach to suit them. I especially love Dachshunds and small breeds, but I’m equally happy with big, friendly dogs.
I’ve always been confident with training since I was young and would be happy to help with basic training, tricks, or clicker work. I also enjoy grooming and brushing, so your pet will be well looked after in every way.

I'm a full time creative, and I've just moved to Brighton. I work for myself which means I have a good flexibility when it comes to scheduling. I am a musican, artist, model, and clothing designer with a deep love for animals, nature, wild swimming &amp; herbal medicine.&nbsp;As my current tenancy agreement doesn't permit me to have an animal of my own, becoming a pet sitter would enable me to be with animals on a regular basis, and spend more time outside, which can be tricky in my line of work. Hello! My name is Amy, I live in Brighton and have been a huge animal lover for as long as I can remember. I've been trusted to look after my friends and families pets, from hamsters to rabbits, goldfish, dogs, and lots of cats in-between! I have always enjoyed how rewarding it is to look after animals, they make me feel so happy and relaxed - I genuinely love it!I love being there for my clients, and their sweet animals alike. I have a wealth of experience with different dogs and cats. I often like to watch how they settle into their own environment, e.g. if they have a favourite spot, or if they like to be scratched behind the ears! I am passionate about all animals and over the years owned cats, dogs, chickens, geese, hamsters, gerbils, mice, birds, chinchillas and so on…
At present we have 2 dogs, Nala, a German Shepherd is 12 years old and uses a set of nice pink wheels to help her walk which attracts a lot of attention. So I am used to dealing with disabilities with animals too. The little one, Beanie is five , a Pug/French Bulldog and Jack Russell mix is an adorable but typical velcro dog and likes to be on my lap constantly! Pictures on my profile

At home, we always had cats and dogs, and I gave them all the love and attention they needed. Because of this lifelong experience, I feel confident and comfortable around animals of all kinds. I know how to care for them with patience, responsibility, and affection.

I have been a dog lover since I was young. Since I came to the UK I have not been able to  see my dog which I left with my parents. For me to become a dog walker will be a win-win situation: I will be able to spend time with dogs and have fresh air for myself while at the same time helping free the schedule of the dog owners.
