"Tom was the best decision we made to look after our elderly cat. He went above and beyond what we expected, spending time with our cat and giving her a daily brush…and not only that he spotted and dealt with a plumbing issue whilst we were away. He communicated exceptionally well with us and we felt totally comfortable trusting him with our pet and our home.
We would 100% use Tom again and thoroughly recommend him for anyone looking for a conscientious and caring pet sitter."

"Jay fed our two cats for a fortnight.
He was quick to respond and popped over to meet us prior to the dates we requested.
Jay kept excellent communication whilst we were away along with sending photo’s which were greatly reassuring.

Kathy is not only diligent in her care but also kept me up to date with when she was visiting, how my cats were eating and behaving and interacted with them so they had some play time. "We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and will use her on our next holiday.

"I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl as a pet sitter… She took great care looking after our two cats during the Xmas holidays.
It was extremely comforting knowing that Cheryl would take the time every day to check in & send us videos of our cats being well fed & entertained.

"This was the first time I used Pooja for cat sitter during Dec break. She was excellent. Pooja visited us and our cat and asked right question about our cat. Since my cat was a bit fussy on wet food, she guided what might be useful to try out for her.
Due to family emergency I got in touch with Pooja again in mid Jan. And she was ever so helpful. I will go back to Pooja in future for cat sitter and I can recommend her."

"Our cat had the best care from Olivia. She can be a little shy so we were delighted to see her wanting to sit on Olivia’s lap for cuddles after just one visit! She took time to play with her and give her lots of fuss which was much appreciated. Olivia sent lots of photos each visit and it was clear our cat absolutely loved her, leaning in for strokes and looking very relaxed with her. When we got home she’d clearly been well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to use Olivia again or recommend her. "

"Where do I begin. This is the first time we have left both are cats Phoebe and Joey for two weeks. We were a little anxious but after meeting Isabel chatting with her and getting to know her we could clearly see that she was genuine and compassionate to the needs of the cats. Isabel in my opinion went above and beyond and both Phoebe and Joey enjoyed her twice daily visits. Ring camera was evidence of this. Isabel would often stay longer than the agreed time and made sure that Phoebe had Joey wanted for nothing before leaving. All I can say is a VERY BIG THANK YOU! "Kate is clearly an animal lover. She took time to come and meet my cat, then updated me with pics and videos so I knew how he was each time she visited. She made sure his food, water and litter tray were all sorted and that he had plenty of cuddles.
