"Taís is a welcoming, reliable and lovely person who genuinely cares about the animals. Taís kept us updated with videos and messages throughout our trip. "Lowell was an incredible help while my Mum was in hospital. She looked after Mum's two cats with such genuine care and attention that it gave our whole family real peace of mind. "We needed a sitter for our little kitten for the weekend, and Beckie was fab!! Beckie is great with communication and I loved getting photos and videos from her visits (even though Merlin never sits still!). We felt very comfortable leaving him with her care and we came home to a very content and relaxed kitten!! We will need sitting again over the summer and will definitely turn to Beckie first, Merlin will be pleased to see you again!! Thank you very much Beckie! "
