"Katherine was so kind and helpful. I’d been staying in Kent with my mother following my father’s sudden death and needed help with my dog on the day of his funeral. I found Katherine on PAWSHAKE and she couldn’t have done more to support me and my family. She was such a compassionate person but also totally professional and confident with my dog.
