"I am very pleased with Frances. Communication was very easy and she was very flexible with working around my dates. She was very careful with my cats and they liked her (and they are usually not very sociable!). She always kept in touch with me while I was away which reassured me and made my time away stress-free. I highly recommend her."

While I was in hospital, Lorraine came to care for Luna, and both my sister Lisa and I are so deeply grateful for the attention, effort, and lovely energy she brought into our home. From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she genuinely cares. She kept us reassured with her thoughtful updates, and Luna was so comfortable with her that she was still looking for Lorraine when we got home!
