"Charlotte is such a lovely lady, I liked her as soon as I met her. Our cat is very timid but she took a shine to Charlotte and was quite happy to be stroked by Charlotte. Charlotte communicated every day that we were away and sent us photos of a very content cat. The kitchen/cat area was clean and tidy when we returned home. Would 100% recommend Charlotte."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the start, the sitter was professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my cats' needs and personalities.
There was a small hiccup with the automatic feeder,which Jo resolved promptly, ensuring my cats were not over fed.
Throughout the entire period, it was evident that my cats received plenty of love and attention. Jo took the time to play with them, giving them the social interaction they crave. When I returned home, my cats were relaxed and happy, which is a testament to the care they received.
As an added bonus, my plants were still alive and our house was also well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Jo.The quality of care, attention to detail, and commitment to my pets' well-being exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her services again in the future!"

"I cannot put into words how fantastic Louise has been. From the first communication I felt I had found the solution to my problem as to who might look after my feline whilst i was away - upon meeting Louise I knew he would be in good hands but having now availed her of her services for 6 days she has surpassed every expectation. Louise is a god-send. Casper ( my cat ) adored her and she clearly adores cats. I had daily updates and pictures and I cannot thank her enough. I would totally reommend Louise should you need someone to cover your cats needs whilst you are away whether for one or multiple visits. Louise came twice a day and was absolutely fab - we returned to a very happy cat and she had even emptied the bins and put in fresh bin liners. Thank you Pawshake and Louise for everything .

"I have availed of Alex’s services on a good number of occasions for my two cats. This time she visited them twice a day for a week. I am pretty precious when it comes to my cats and I’m fairly picky generally but I absolutely, 100%, without reservation, say that Alexandra is simply the best cat sitter I’ve ever had in 30 years of owning cats. She is a warm, positive, reliable person with a superb manner with cats. And my cats don’t lie. When I arrived home, they aren’t sad, silent and grumpy because I’ve been away a week- they’re chatty, affectionate, active, clearly happy because, that’s what they’ve been used to each day I’ve been gone! "I can’t thank Reza enough for the care and attention he gave our two cats! Shortly before we went away, our elderly cat became ill and we were keeping her comfortable with medication but worried that she might take a turn for the worse. If this had happened before we’d booked our holiday we would not have gone away, but thanks to Reza we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. He is a natural with cats, and both of ours were happy and comfortable with him. He let us know how our cats were getting on and sent photos every evening - we were so reassured by how content they both looked. I really felt Reza went above and beyond my expectations of a cat sitter and I am very grateful!"

"Sarah was incredible with our little cat Crumbles. We were very skeptic of using a pet sitter we haven’t used before, and the experience couldn’t have been better.
Our pet was well looked after, received plenty of attention and snacks, and we got loads of videos that put us at ease. We came back to a very happy little boy. Sarah will be our official pet sitter moving forwards! ☺️"
