"Caitlin visited our cat at home, twice a day for two days. We had not used a cat sitter before but felt very at ease with her when we met and were confident to leave our cat in her care. Communication was very good beforehand and she sent pictures and updates while we were away. We came home to a very happy cat and will not hesitate to ask Caitlin to look after him again. "

"Sabrina has been absolutely exceptional looking after our 3 year old Ragdoll cat.
Our cat is quite needy and gets bad separation anxiety and Sabrina has made sure that she receives all the love and attention she needs whilst we have been away.
Throughout the booking, Sabrina has made sure to keep us updated each time she has visited and has gone above and beyond with the care of our cat.
We’re quite nervous leaving her alone, but Sabrina’s fantastic service has meant we have been able to relax whilst being away from home. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!"

"Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she was so communicative with when she was visiting our pet and sent us loads of pictures everyday to keep us reassured. "This was my first booking through Pawshake and I struck gold with Emma. Exceptional value for money, Emma went above and beyond for my dog, Foxy. When Foxy developed a sore paw whilst I was away, Emma booked a consult with the vet and drove Foxy there, as well as administering the prescribed medication. She kept me informed of Foxy’s progress with regular updates and made sure she knew my preferences every step of the way. This gave me peace of mind and enabled me to enjoy my trip. I would not hesitate to book Emma again and would highly recommend her to others. Top job and 5 stars across the board. Thanks Emma! "

"Ellie did a fantastic job of looking after our three cats (two adults, one kitten). She is extremely knowledgeable and respectful of their needs. She kept us informed with pictures and write ups to let us know how the cats were doing; which was extremely helpful and gave us piece of mind knowing our cats were being well looked after. The cats really took to her, which is unusual for one of our cats, Molly, because she’s usually very skittish around strangers.
Ellie was very adaptable and was able to absorb a lot of information very quickly which was fantastic. I think the timings we agreed on worked well for the cats and Ellie and she was happy to spend a good amount of time with the cats. She was extremely courteous and polite and provided and absolutely fantastic service. We will definitely be using her services again should the need arise! Well done Ellie and thank you very much for taking such good care of our cats!"
